Booked through Trip.com. The hotel was very thoughtful, calling in advance to confirm my check-in time and providing directions. The location is excellent; taxis can drop you off directly on the 1st floor of the hotel building, and the lobby is on the 21st floor. Exiting on the 22nd floor leads directly to Kuixing Tower. It's an 8-minute walk to Jiefangbei and a 3-minute walk to Hongyadong from the 1st-floor exit. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and hygienic, and the smart features were a great touch. Highly recommend!

Chong is beautiful and our hotel location is fantastic. My only setback is the spicy food which we can’t handle. Luckily we found a Dian du duk restaurant serving Chinese dim sum. The night cruise on the river was very expensive RMB 168 per person and lasted about 50 minutes. Guangzhou is RMB 108 for 70 minutes. Shibati was a place not to be missed but not for handicapped as there are too many steps to climb.

This hotel is really great! The service is excellent. It's super convenient – you can reach Hongyadong just by turning right on the first floor, and Jiefangbei is accessible from the 22nd floor. The location is perfect, and it's very clean. The explanations/information provided were also very helpful. The lobby leading up to the 21st floor has a lot of character. I extended my stay for a few days and will definitely come back to this hotel next time. This is my genuine experience staying here.

The front desk staff were very responsive and accommodating. Traveling with a 1-year-old, baby food was a challenge, but the hotel provided raw eggs and ginger for us. Thirdly, the room was spacious. For this price, you'd only get a 20-square-meter room in Shanghai or Hangzhou. Fourthly, it's a family-friendly hotel, providing a bed rail, though it wasn't very high. There's a tiny ball pit on the 21st floor, which was indeed a bit small. 😂 Overall, we were very satisfied.

The location is fantastic! It's incredibly convenient for transportation. You can walk to Hongyadong right from the first floor exit of the elevator, and the night view there is amazing. Kuixing Building on the 22nd floor, Jiefangbei, the snack street, and shopping are all within walking distance and excellent! The subway is also very close, you can take it to Liziba! The facilities and service attitude are also great! Plus, there's a dedicated butler available to help you with any issues. We booked a family twin room this time and had a wonderful experience!
