Good location to stay at if u wanna explore Ciqikou Ancient town. Quite a large town with lotsa nooks n crannies to get lost in. Love the Hotel's smart voice control for ac, curtains, music n tv!

The hotel quite hard to find if we go by taxi, as not all taxi drivers know how to go there. The breakfast is not soo much but the room is very clean. Front office staff is veru nice,helpful and can speak english for evening shift, really useful for foreigners to get information.

The room is clean and spacious. Hotel location is near to metro station. Will definitely come back!

The experience was very bad. First, I booked a hotel specifically for sleeping and called in advance to arrange a quiet room. I checked in at 11:30 pm, and I could hear loud music and shouting in the room. I couldn't sleep at all. The front desk said no, it might be the sound of a room, let's see what's going on. But after 20 minutes, it was still very loud, and no management staff responded to me. The second time I went to the front desk to say that I really couldn't fall asleep and needed to change rooms. The front desk said that they couldn't change rooms. I went to the front desk again for the third time, and the same front desk told me that there was indeed a bar opposite, so I called the bar to complain. Why didn't you solve the problem as soon as possible? Do you want to hide the fact that there is a bar nearby? Second, the bed curtains of the hotel are not closed, and there are large gaps on both sides, so light shines in early in the morning! Third, the faucets on the sink and bathroom in the room are all dirty with water stains! As a hotel in a tourist area, this level of service is suffocating

The hotel is very new, with good hardware and software facilities. The Mousse mattress is very comfortable to sleep on, and the bathroom is also separated into dry and wet areas. The beautiful lady and handsome boy at the front desk are very nice and speak softly. The breakfast is also good👍. I will stay here again next time I come to Chongqing.
