Good location to stay at if u wanna explore Ciqikou Ancient town. Quite a large town with lotsa nooks n crannies to get lost in. Love the Hotel's smart voice control for ac, curtains, music n tv!

For such a beautiful hotel, it was just okay service. Nothing exceptional. The room we got is right beside a road that is noisy even at night from some construction. For a hotel that promotes sleep, they gave us a lousy pillow that is not the one they displayed outside. And the staff couldn’t have the brain to put us at a quieter place. They don’t greet you with a smile too. The AC is centralised , so we have to follow the preference of the local/hotel. The room was warm for us but we can’t change the temperature. It wasn’t a comfortable stay. It’s not necessary to stay here I guess.

This hotel conveniently located right beside the entrance of Ciqikou, with the hotel visible from the subway. However, there's no direct walkway to the hotel, and there was a lot of construction during our visit. This made it challenging to bring our luggage as we had to navigate many stairs (the main entrance is not on the first floor). Although there is an elevator, you still need to go through a lot of stairs. Despite these initial challenges, the room was very clean, and the service was excellent. The hotel offers useful amenities, including laundry and dryer facilities and complimentary water bottles. The highlight of our stay was Xiao Du, an AI room control system similar to Alexa. It was incredibly fun to interact with and added a unique touch to our experience. Overall, the hotel's proximity to Ciqikou and the quality of the service and facilities made for a pleasant stay, even with the minor inconveniences. I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area, especially once the construction around the area is complete.

I came to the hotel earlier than the check-in time; however, the lady who was helping us with the check-in was nice enough to give us our room early. My favourite feature of the room is the advanced bidet system. It is so advanced yet easy to use. The housekeeping team did well in keeping our room tidy. The location is strategic as it is near a train station, eateries, attractions, and convenience stores.

The hotel quite hard to find if we go by taxi, as not all taxi drivers know how to go there. The breakfast is not soo much but the room is very clean. Front office staff is veru nice,helpful and can speak english for evening shift, really useful for foreigners to get information.

Right next to Ciqikou, convenient for travel, the double bed is close to the ancient town, very lively during the day, relatively quiet at bedtime. The service staff has a good attitude, good security, and the room is accessed by swiping a card. The deposit is returned quickly.

The price is very affordable. The location is very good. It is very convenient to go out for a stroll in the morning and evening. It is also within walking distance to Hongyan Square and Martyrs Cemetery. Facilities: There is a massage chair in the room, which relieves fatigue and has a good effect. The only improvement is that the breakfast is not well prepared. I went there at 7:30 and it was not ready yet. I could not eat until almost 8 o'clock.

I am very satisfied with the hotel I booked this time. The service was great. The front desk staff called and sent me a route map within five minutes of booking. I found the hotel and checked in quickly. There are many places to eat around. I also went to the pier with my friends to take a ferry to Hongyadong. It was very fun.

I would like to give a suggestion: add non-slip slippers and non-slip mats to the toilet. The toilet is very big, the toilet is very smart, separated from the bath, and the dry and wet areas are separated, which is very convenient. It would be more perfect if there was a sliding door at the entrance of the toilet. There is also a massage chair in the room, which is very good! !
