The location is not bad, the square is downstairs, it is convenient to buy things.
The room environment is OK, there is someone playing mahjong next to it at night, it is really noisy, all kinds of laughter, still roaring, it is so noisy at one o'clock in the morning, it affects sleep.
Call the front desk and say that I booked the organic hemp room next to it. It was a bit speechless. When I first checked in, why didn't I remind you and the big bed room was the kind of back front desk to call the next door.

The family suite was extremely spacious, enough for every member to have his/her own personal space. The first room I was allocated had some issues with the room lightings and the front desk staff agreed to allocate us another room instead. However, the hotel facilities (gym and pool) happened to be under renovation over the period of my stay, which was slightly disappointing. The room service could also be improved as I booked a stay for 3 pax and the toiletries/room amenities were prepared and replaced daily, but only for 2 pax, and we had to call in each day to request for an extra set. It would have been better if the hotel took note of our request the first time, and made a note to ensure sufficient toiletries for all 3 occupants per the booking, so that we did not have to call in with a daily request. But overall, the view from the hotel was great and the stay was comfortable. It was still a positive experience.

Although Hechuan is my hometown, I have to talk about the hotel. This hotel is not bad in Hechuan, but it is: 1. The underground parking lot is really dirty, but this is a common problem in Hechuan. But as a hotel, should it be cleaned? The parking lot is dirty water, and the underground does not know if it is a vomiting mark, black and stinky. 2. The breakfast was really bad. I stayed for 5 days. On the first day, the child fell in the breakfast room. There was a thick pressure slot on the ground. There was no prompt card. Later, I gave the restaurant an opinion before removing it. Then, it was clear that breakfast ended at 10 o'clock, but there was nothing to go around 9 o'clock. The waiter basically did not take the initiative to make up, and it would be made up after shouting. Even the fruit in the morning was not made up until the end. 3. During the Spring Festival, there are many wedding banquets in the hotel, and the experience of staying is not good. One day, there are three wedding banquets, and breakfast is the same as grabbing. In short, the service awareness needs to be improved and improved.

Nice room type, with terrace garden outside. It was still a bit hot outside in July. It should be a great experience after October. There are many snacks and delicacies downstairs. I recommend Baidu Chuanchuan, which is super cheap and free. It is also very delicious. There is also Xu Ji mullet soup, which is delicious. It only costs 11 yuan to take a taxi from the hotel to Diaoyucheng Scenic Area, which is very convenient.

Very close to the city and the airport, Pucun made me feel why Chongqing is called a mountain city. It is really a good place to relax after the hustle and bustle! It was such a surprise. Although it was only two days and one night, the boss's design aesthetic and the B&B experience on the terraced slopes allowed us to experience many different beautiful scenery. The room is simple and has good facilities and equipment. The Dyson hair dryer is very comfortable. I like it very much. It is warm and high-end! Experience the chirping of the robin during the day, and fall asleep to the sound of frogs at night, as well as the bamboo forest among the pines. It just happened to rain in Chongqing. The clouds and mist in the mountains in the morning and the new rain in the empty mountains were very healing. Chongqing is really charming! Chongqing has 3D and is also a mountain city! The ingredients picked in Pucun are hard to come by. The plums just came out recently, so sweet! The butler was attentive and accompanying me throughout the whole process, very considerate! I like Pucun very much and will come to Pucun next time!

GGuest UserJust finished a five night stay at The Regent Chongqing, was one of the best hotel experiences ever.
Arrived at the start of the national three day Duanwu Dragon Boat Festival and was warmly greeted with two tasty green bean cake pastries in a traditional wood basket as a welcome amenity in the room.
Breakfast has an abundance of options, everything fresh and delicious.
Ate at the third floor Chinese restaurant twice and the dishes there are truly outstanding, some of the best tasting dishes I’ve ever tasted in Sichuan province and also rated as the second best restaurant in Chongqing on this website. Compared to some of the top tier restaurants in cities like Beijing and Shanghai, also very reasonably priced and affordable.
What’s really nice is the hotel offers complimentary laundry service for up to three pieces per day which I thought was a very thoughtful service. Mini bar in hotel room also completely free and restocked daily. Water pressure in room’s shower was also very strong which made showering very enjoyable.
Hospitality is really on another level here. During the stay I experienced:
- A small soft cloth wipe was left next to my laptop since the staff noticed my laptop screen was a bit dirty
- Staff during breakfast would go out of there way to ask if I wanted or needed assistance in preparing a bowl of noodles, per my request they kindly prepared one for me with the most popular condiments used by locals
- One of the chefs during breakfast made it known if there was anything at all I wanted him to specially prepare for me he would gladly do it
- Same chef (Mr. Swong), when he found out I would be departing for a day trip the next morning from the hotel at a very early hour (earlier than when the hotel breakfast dining would be open) made it be known that he would make arrangements for the hotel to prepare a bag of anything I wanted from the breakfast buffet to take with me so I could eat it in the car. Sure enough, the next morning at the front desk reception there was a bag waiting for me containing various fresh fruit, a hard boiled egg, sticky rice, orange juice, banana, water, utensils. When I walked outside to the car that had arrived to pick me up, both the driver and tour guide remarked they had never seen a hotel ever do this for a guest and that this must be a really exceptional hotel.
- A complimentary bowl of fresh fruit was delivered and left in my room
- Upon check-out, received an immaculately wrapped gift box of Chongqing Small Noodles (dried, uncooked) which was accompanied by a specially prepared locally made peppercorn noodle sauce (wrapped in plastic), was actually the perfect gift since my Mom loves noodles and to see her face so happy and joyful upon receiving this gift brought me much happiness
Everywhere in the hotel, from the hotel front desk staff, the bellboys and staff working outside the front door, the staff at the 7th floor bar, the staff at the breakfast dining, to the staff on the 3rd floor Chinese restaurant, was treated so warmly and courteously and staff so helpful and thoughtful too.
Victoria was especially gracious and helpful as when I arrived, I didn’t know where to eat and after asking me a few questions with regards to my tastes and kind of ambiance I would like in a restaurant, she recommended a very popular local Chongqing Hot Pot restaurant just a few minutes away. This turned out to be great recommendation as the flavor of the hot pot was really great and the environment was more of a ‘hole in the wall’ place, very raucous and rowdy, just what I was looking for. She would also periodically check in to see if everything was going okay and if there was anything she could assist with. Will always be grateful to Victoria and the staff at Regent Chongqing for making my first trip to Chongqing so unforgettable and full of wonderful memories.

The building has many cool shops as well including the 云端之眼 which has a panoramic view of the city. There's a great food court and the #5 line metro station located in the basement- making the hotel easy to reach and excellent for any kind of travelers. Hotel is walking distance to the Jiefangbei Square, the Raffles Square; and close to many local attractions and restaurants. The suites are clean and well appointed; one even included a treadmill and an exercise bike. We highly recommend the hotel for family and business travelers. Lots of food just around the area and shopping too! The room itself is huge and the staff were so kind to give us a free upgrade. There’s so much space to open our luggage and lounge around. The toilet is also very clean and spacious. Not to mention the gorgeous view since the hotel is on the 46th floor - you can enjoy the beautiful night view of Chongqing from the room! The hotel's meal price is not very friendly, and the first time I saw the hotel, I could not bring my own wine and takeaway. Massive bathtub. Soft mattress. Excellent service. My only notes would be to add some towel or robe hooks in the bathroom and to give a tag for the door if you want room service or ”do not disturb”. Highly recommend. I will stay here if I ever come to Chongqing again.
