Location is convenient, 5mins walking distance to Hong Ya Dong. Staff is friendly, and responded fast from WeChat. The room is big, clean with full amenities and strong water flow. Overall rating 5/5 Things to improve: There is only 1 lift to access to the lobby and room, while the usage is very frequent and it’s slow. Better to locate building beside instead of the hotel itself when taking DIDI, cause the map will bring you to the another side of hotel and hard to find it for the first time.

Who knows? This hotel will give a very detailed guide on how to get from the high-speed rail station and the airport to the hotel. I asked if there were any delicious food with the mentality of giving it a try. She actually had a guide. The service attitude at the hotel front desk was also excellent. It should be the store manager or the manager who took the initiative to serve us tea. The front desk lady also spoke in a gentle voice. They were all very good. I have to praise the service. The room environment is also very good and the facilities are complete.

Really really love this hotel and worth every penny you paid for. The location is very convenient as the junction road turns in from the main road, so avoid your taxi/Didi from stopping at a busy road. Lawson convenient store is just downstairs. Walkable distance to main shopping area and popular food street area. The hotel room is very spacious, has a modern design, and is comfortable. They also have a laundry room on our floor which we like it so much. Hotel staff is very friendly, and they give us small local snacks during our checking in and room check out, too! Will definitely come back if I'm visiting Chongqing in the future.

Walling Hotel is near to many attractions like 戴家巷, 洪崖洞, 解放碑, 魁星楼, etc. Mrt station 临江门 is within walking distance (Line 2 - green color) - less than 5 mins walk. Hotel provides daily meal coupons for redemption between 7am-8pm. Few varieties to choose (noodles either spicy or non spicy, wan ton, fried egg, mantou, soya beans drink, porridge). Of course water bottles, tea bags, toiletries are replenish daily. Staff are friendly and helpful. Special appreciation to staff number 11 & number 3. Small pack of snacks (麻花) given as souvenir.

From the moment we arrived to the time we check out, we received excellent services from staff, some speak very well in English, included but not limited staff from the front desk, bellboys, concierge, and breakfast staff. Bellboy helped carry our luggages to the front desk. Check-in was quick. Room was a good size with a bathtub, a separate shower, and a separate toilet area that provided privacy. Breakfast was great with many Chinese and Western foods. The location is excellent, 5-7 minutes walk to the Jei Fang Bei Square and a fantastic night time food streets. The famous Hongyadong is only 13-15 minutes walk away. There also a wet market just few steps from the hotel where we experienced the life of the local people. We also tried a hotpot restaurant across from the hotel where we found the food was great and the price was so inexpensive. The the price we paid, the services we received, the location; we will definitely stay here again if we come to Chongqing next time. We also wished to thanks Alex Tong from the concierge counter for his help with our package that we tried to send it to the US. He contacted the shipping company and asked them for the price. He also walked us through the shipping form where it was in Chinese. Last but not least, he speaks some English and was able to show us the ways to walk to the Jie Fang Bei and Hongyadong center.

The house keeping lady service is good.. her name is Zheng Ke Yu.. 郑克玉 she cleanup the room professionally.. and she get another room card to slot in ON the air-conditioning before we return to our room where the temperature outside was hot this few days..Very thoughtful of her.

The hygiene here is also very good. The children sleep very cleanly and the hygiene is very good. We feel very relieved when we live here. Children usually sleep naked, but we are also very relieved and not afraid of any problems. And his other hygiene is also very good, and the bathrobe is also very comfortable and thick. Our family also bought two bathrobes and sent them back. They said that we had to customize them again, and the customization period was 15 days. We happily bought two pieces. There are many specialties here to buy. If you buy 200 yuan, you can get free shipping. We also sent two large boxes of specialties back to our hometown for the guests. There are also luggage here, which can be stored here. We played outside for a long time and didn’t need to carry luggage around. We can just store it here. We were warmly greeted at the front desk beautiful and gentle speaking lady 夏木 who added us in WeChat and went the extra miles guided us during our trip. Hotel is convenient to many places with walking distance and daily amenities were changed . We love the washing machine and the style which feels like an apartment homely vibes. The high storeys allow you to enjoy the view of Chongqing and mesmerised by the city charm.

Our 2 duplex suites are located on the 35&36 floor respectively with a great panorama view of the rivers. There's a great food court and the #5 line metro station located in the basement- making the hotel easy to reach and excellent for any kind of travelers. Hotel is walking distance to the Jiefangbei Square, the Raffles Square; and close to many local attractions and restaurants. The suites are clean and well appointed; one even included a treadmill and an exercise bike. We highly recommend the hotel for family and business travelers. We will definitely stay here again for our future Chongqing visits 👍👍👍👍👍

The newly renovated hotel is comfortable to stay in. The facilities and equipment are very new. The rooms are smart and the hair dryer is from Dyson. The hotel has an underground parking garage where you can park for free. Our room has an outdoor terrace. You can sit here and see the river view at night. The night view of Chongqing is indeed beautiful. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry areas. The bed is very soft and comfortable to sleep in. The room is very soundproof and you can't hear the sound of the road outside.
