除了便宜，但綜合來看，這個房價和配套也差不多，床周圍比較臟，抽屜裏還有之前住客的臟東西，很噁心，陽台門壞的，電視看不起也一直沒弄好，馬桶坐上去就一直沖水，衹有把電源拔了上廁所，抽風機也壞了，洗了澡濕氣都在屋裡，沒有早餐，也不包含免費停車，礦泉水也是定量提供，沒什麼服務，就是湊合住一晚。

服務：一個服務員有求必應，挺好的。
環境：周邊環境不錯。在一個小巷子裏，距離河邊很近，距離南市區就十幾米。
衞生：床上用品挺乾淨。但是枕頭太高了，應該換低點的。門後邊很多死蟲子，以後請的服務員還是要打掃乾淨。夏天温度很高，門最好別開，否則開空調降温需要很久。
設施：裝修有幾年了，很多東西都壞了，花灑也壞了，床也垮了。。。
知道做生意不容易，但是，還是要給客人一個舒適的環境。

週六下午差不多5點鐘到店的，位置在一個小巷子裏面，門口沒有專門的停車位，接待的阿姨就讓放門口，但是第二天要在十點半前開走。到房間 第一眼 沒有枕頭，還扔在弔籃內，心裏有點不舒服。有陽台 外面風景很好，晚上洗漱台上的電源指示燈 有點亮，有點影響睡眠💤，其它的還好。
