The Qingcheng Mountain Forest B&B I chose on Ctrip exceeded my expectations! It was raining the day of our departure, and I was worried about the mountain roads being difficult to navigate. The B&B contacted us in advance and arranged a private car pick-up. Even more surprising—as soon as the car pulled up, I saw the staff waiting at the door with umbrellas. Such thoughtfulness instantly warmed my heart ❤️
Walking through the bamboo forest path, washed lush and green by the rain, the housekeeper had already prepared warm towels and ginger tea to ward off the cold. Outside the floor-to-ceiling windows of our room, the mist-shrouded mountain forest was as beautiful as an ink painting, and the air was filled with the fresh scent of earth and vegetation.
The afternoon tea was even more amazing: handmade pastries paired with a seasonal fruit platter. Sitting on the viewing terrace, listening to the raindrops dripping from the eaves, the hustle and bustle of the mountain world was completely detached.
The most commendable thing was the mushroom hotpot for dinner! The owner explained that the mushrooms are all picked that morning from the mountains, and the broth is simmered for hours with an old hen. Fresh porcini and bamboo fungus swirl in the golden broth, and even three bowls are enough! The housekeeper also thoughtfully explains the taste and health benefits of each mushroom.
From the first greeting under the umbrella upon arrival to the soothing hot milk delivered late at night, every detail felt like home. I've already recommended this place to all my friends, and I'll definitely be back when the mountains are covered in crimson leaves in late autumn! 🍁

It's also a short walk from the ancient town center. The hotel is newly renovated, with a spacious lobby area featuring a reception, breakfast room, tea room, and Hanfu clothing rentals. The courtyard is quite beautiful, the rooms are large, and the hallways are wide. There are tables and chairs outside the rooms, perfect for reading, drinking tea, smoking, or taking in the courtyard views. It's quite a pleasant space. The room facilities are decent for an ancient town, and the overall impression is quite good. However, the quality and standard of service leave room for improvement. The housekeeping staff, in particular, felt somewhat lackluster. For example, the bed wasn't made (we briefly made it when we left, but it was still the same when we returned). The used towels and bath towels were rearranged but not replaced (ours were left draped over the bathtub, wet and messy. Even though they weren't placed in the bamboo basket (because the basket was in a corner of the bathtub, making it difficult to see, as shown in the photo below), common sense suggests they should have been replaced). There was very little toilet paper left, and no new rolls were provided. The drinking water (the hotel uses bottled water) wasn't replenished, and other issues like these made the work feel shoddy and unprofessional. For a two-night stay over the National Day holiday, which cost nearly 500 yuan per day, basic service should have been provided. This isn't a negative review, but I believe everyone appreciates objective reviews, so I felt it was necessary to write this. This doesn't change my preference for the hotel over other options, so I offer constructive feedback and suggestions in the hope that improvements will be made. I'm sure I'll choose this hotel again next time.

The only thing I want to ask the staff of the hotel to pay attention to is the health of Sanyi deer, because one of the deer has serious skin diseases. I believe that Luzhi is such a good homestay brand, and it will definitely pay great attention to animal welfare. What the deer needs is not only the love of customers, but also a large pasture, fresh food, clean living environment and owners who pay attention to their physical and mental health.～

It is very suitable for taking care of your children in person, and you can also play in the water at night. Although the water is released, it should be released on the same day, so it is cleaner and more hygienic.
The breakfast is also good, definitely not comparable to the hotel, but the boss is very attentive. Rice porridge, steamed buns, milk, side dishes, and eggs are basically okay. Brother Peng has appointed me to stay here next time I come to Jiezi.

You need to walk through an alley, next to the river, and you can drink tea to watch the river view, and you can also stay in. You can drive before 8 a.m. and after 7 p.m. Cars can drive directly into the ancient town and park in designated areas. I went during the day and called the boss. The lady boss came out to pick us up and took us to park the car into the ancient town. We booked two standard rooms for the three big ones and one small one. They were located at two pairs of doors. It felt like a small courtyard. We also visited the big bed room. This shop is decorated with tatami mats and put mattresses directly on top of the tatami mats. very unique. There are only four rooms in the store, two standard rooms and two big beds. The room is small, and there may be no way to add an extra bed. The price is a bit more expensive in the local area, but it is clean and hygienic. The riverside environment is good. The boss and the proprietress are very enthusiastic and the service is attentive. They also introduced us to the surrounding food. There should be no breakfast at any of the B&Bs here. Get up in the morning while the weather is still cool, go to the ancient town square, and you can solve the breakfast.
