Arrived in a large prebooked group whilst on way to deliver aid. Room was great except air conditioning broken. Only one restaurant staff working who ignored our 1 hour wait for service only to serve a number of local customers who arrived after us. After 2 hours we ended up ordering McDonald's via Uber. Still no one came to take our order.

Our stay was related to visits of relatives and friends and I have been in this hotel for the next time, in addition to the circumstances just after opening at COVID-19. It is very pleased with both the facilities and the service. I will return as soon as possible. The hotel has a location that suits us, close to the main cities of the war.Sląski and the park between Katowice, Chorzów and Siemianowice. Close to the only in this province of the Zoo, Planetarium and the Happy Town.

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at this hotel and would have no hesitation in recommending it for business or leisure travellers. The location is excellent for the city centre and train station. The staff offered exceptional service, spoke excellent English and helped us with every query. What made it a really special stay was the wonderful breakfast which was fresh, varied and generous. Our only regret is that we could only stay two nights. I have accessibility needs and they found me a suitable room with wet room. I just can’t fault this hotel on any level. Phenomenal value.

I stayed at this hotel in December and have been hesitant to submit a poor review because, like so many other people in Poland, I am sure that the good people who work there are helping with the current crisis. But I’ve decided to share anyway. I would not recommend this hotel to international business or tourist visitors. Overall, it just misses the mark for both international travelers and tourists. Its location is walking distance to the historic center but not in it. Its room rates are reasonable but the banquet rates expensive. I was responsible for a group of over 15 guests who were attending an international conference. While the staff were pleasant, we had several instances of inflexibility. We would have spent more on catering had management agreed to work with our contractor on how to apportion room and catering rates. For my own stay, the staff could not produce an invoice showing the rates paid per night. In addition, when I went to check out, I discovered that the front desk had made an error in changing my checkout date, which I had requested. The hotel had already charged me credit card – without permission -- and demanded immediate payment for my final night. The front desk clerk refused to identify a manager for me to speak with. The hotel also charged the credit card of one of my colleagues without authorization.

Ich war paar Tage auf Besuch bei meiner Familie, Hotel befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, also passt es perfekt. Frühstück war jeden Tag sehr lecker und gut vorbereitet. Zimmer war sauber ruhig. Kann nicht meckern.

At the time of booking this was one of the cheaper options in Katowice and by far the best value for money. We stayed there for 1 night. The hotel has been recently renovated and it looks much better inside than it does in the pictures, which as of May 2019 are not up to date. It is conveniently located next to the A4 highway, with plenty of free parking space and supermarkets nearby.
The room was modern, spotlessly clean and all appliances were new, with a comfortable bed and a top rain shower. For longer stays it could use a desk.
Breakfast was good with enough variety, high quality food and delicious bread. Not too many vege options as far as I remember. The one shortcoming was service. There was only one receptionist on Friday evening who was very helpful but did not speak English. If you happen to arrive just after a bus tour, your check-in can take a while.

Ci sono stato due notti per lavoro. Hotel situato in una posizione un po' nascosta. Il taxista si è fermato duecento metri prima. La strada di accesso è tutta rotta e piena di buche. L'ingresso è con una scalinata, poi la reception è bella. Ci sono tornato dopo oltre 7 anni, quando il locale era ancora in costruzione. La camera è spartana, ma non manca nulla. Wifi free senza password. Tutto comunque pulito. Servizio di reception H24. Buffet colazione abbastanza ampio. Hotel comunque economico.

GGuest UserO hotel tem um bom serviço de recepção, no entanto o inglês não é suficiente para nos ajudar a conhecer a cidade e por exemplo a encontrar um restaurante perto. Os quartos são muito bons mas em termos de silêncio deixam muito a desejar para um hotel de 4 estrelas, passei uma noite sem dormir porque no piso onde fiquei estavam alijadas muitas pessoas que passaram a noite a fazer barulho tanto no corredor como dentro dos quartos. Reclamámos para a recepção mas não foi suficiente. O restaurante do hotel é bom, mas serviram um prato frio ao meu marido e depois demoraram imenso a trazer outro prato.

GGuest UserThe hotel looks like a chamber clean and nice, but: On Saturday night, the restaurant is closed at 22, so for those who were 21.30 chance to eat anything that is healthy, which is more point 22 ga is shaved with light at the outdoor tables. Service is very nice and helpful in the range that the boss allows. Room clean, comfortable bed, tea set and so much good. In the bathroom two corned dirty towels, I would be ashamed of the dog on the message to give, the shower handle flying like a proverb Jew on an empty shop.
