It was hair all over the bed. Thanks to me lifting the blanket up to see hair all under the blanket was nasty

Nice hotel, unfortunately no cleaning crews to clean room or even to bring you toilet paper or towels if you stay more then one night..

There was no maid service for my 4 day, 3 night stay. We had to call for towels, hand towels and wash clothes. I was told they were out of wash clothes. The manager later called and we were brought new ones. People brought their trash to the trash bins in the hallways and it seem to stay for days just sitting there. I have traveled extensively and have no plans to return to Ameristar. They have a chance to be a 5 star resort but have failed.

Of the several restaurants, only one was open on a Monday night.😟. Given the isolated location, I was disappointed with the dining options.

The room was much smaller then described. The room was right by the staff's laundry. 6:00 am they were terribly noisy.

The room didn't look like it had been cleaned before we checked in. Hair all over the shower and misc trash around the room and dust in the corners. The front desk staff were very unprofessional complaining about other guests to myself. There isn't a sidewalk to get to the parking area for the hotel, which makes it unsafe.

I stayed here for a week and visited many attractions in the Kansas City area but this hotel and all the restaurants inside were really nice. The room was very comfortable and very clean and the shower was really nice. The food at all the restaurants was really good and well worth the price. I am also a truck driver so it was nice to see they have ample truck parking here. The only downside is that there is no guest laundry. I had a wonderful stay here and will keep this place in mind when I come back.

The Lyft drivers both coming and going went to the back entrance. I don’t know if you can do anything about that but I thought I’d let you know.
