This hotel experience was very outstanding. The customer service was on the dot. The receptionist was one of the kindest person I ever talked to, he was very helpful. When I got to my room I saw the room was very clean and cozy, the microwave fridge and the stove were all working perfectly fine. The bed was nice and cozy. The floor was nice and spotless. I didn’t see any visible stains anywhere, me and my friend booked this hotel rooms together and both of us agreed this hotel was one of the coziest hotel rooms we had in a while. You guys can definitely see me coming back.

After all my sty was excellent nice & clean Room has more privecy it seprat bedroom each room has flate screen TV it has more space close to trolly & bus all restaurants close to hotel I enjoy my stay & i will go back when to san diegp

We love the separate room with the sofa and other tv. Just wish they provided breakfast. Most definitely recommend to others.

Horrible accommodations! Infested with bed bugs and cockroaches! Owner and management staff were less than accommodating! Will NEVER return or recommend to anyone!!! Worst stay ever! This place is dirty and we would have been better and cleaner staying in our car, or even in an alley! brings a ahole new meanig to a run down roach motel! The traveler inn & suites in san diego makes Motel 6 look like the Ritz! The owner and management were very rude and less than accommodating. The would not even let us have 2 additional pillows!

The room is really nice inside. The kitchen was a good size, but the oven burners take awhile to heat up. I was able to cook a full meal still. The kitchen does not come with any utensils or pots and pans. I was glad that I called beforehand to get that information. The room itself is very big and spacious. The room was clean for the most part with a few stains on the furniture here and there overall, I would stay again the staff made me feel very comfortable, and they were very accommodating to my requests.

This was, THE BEST HOTEL IN CHULA VISTA that I ever stayed at, and I've stayed at many. Their staff is very welcoming, the rooms are so clean and beautifully set up. You really get the most out of your money staying here, I mean it's a studio with a kitchen . It really is your home away from home. If anyone is curious about staying here, DO IT. YOULL END UP EXTENDEDING I PROMISE 😉
