Staff eas so rude

During a week stay at this hotel, nobody ever voluntarily came and cleaned the room me and my family were staying in. I had to constantly go and tell management that the rooms were not being cleaned. I had to take time out of my day to consistently get towels and throw out the garbage myself.

They hardly have any breakfast options. Only bread and yogurt. There is no milk or cereal for kids and no fruits either. The phone in the room was dead and they did not replace it. They did not keep more towels and we had to go to the lobby to get more. The waterflow in the shower was very slow. I have stayed in similar standard hotels in other cities and had a much better experience for the same price.

The room had all that a basic stay requires. The breakfast offered was also just what would be required to say that food and morning beverages are offered. The grounds were dirty, trashy, and had chopped up asphalt in a planted area in the parking lot.

Not the best area but the staff was friendly and you sometimes get smug staff in nice hotels but the staff was friendly and there is a jacuzzi and a pool. There was continental breakfast and it was fine for the price.

The room smells clean and everything was neatly put. I just expected more from the free breakfast because we had a really nice and filling breakfast buffet at the Days Inn in Antelope. But it was still overall an excellent stay.

Showed up at 9:45 at night. A couple with 4 young children. They said that since we weren’t there by 9 they sold our room to someone else. It never said anywhere that we had to be there by 9 and we were stuck trying to find somewhere to stay so late.
