The hotel is ok, the price is friendly, the location is right in front of the beach, just cross the road and you're at the beach. Very beautiful. The room inside is ok, but needs to improve and repair damaged things a bit. Good service staff

The place is cute, Each room has a theme. Clean but very dated, The facilities basic, elementary. The breakfast is very very basic, eggs and Thai soup, and some bread.

Used to be a nicely designed trendy hotel. Location is good. It detoriates die to poor management The premises are shabby, linen and towels are worn out and stained, breakfast with no food. I had a desire to clean the eating area. I was waiting for 20 minutes, but nobody came to the reception desk. I was looking for somebody to check me in when a maid who didn't speak English, pushed a phone in my face with a notice I needed to wait for my room to be cleaned up. I found an empty clean room myself, they agreed to change the room but the key was lost. Eventually I found a spare cleaned room myself. Nobody speaks any foreign language. One of the worst, if not the worst, experiences in Thailand where I live and travel extensively.

Because we booked in a hurry, we didn't go and look at other people's reviews before. Driving here is tiring. The room is on the 3rd floor. Walking up and down is unbearable. When asking to see a room on the ground floor, when we opened the door, there was a musty smell. It's a room on the road. It doesn't seem very private. We didn't stay. We asked to cancel, but they didn't refund us. Whoever is going to stay in Chumphon, look for a room by the sea. Look carefully. The only good thing might be the view... The room is compact and not very big. The location is good, close to the Krom Luang Chumporn Shrine as I found. The breakfast is not very diverse. The rice soup is delicious. Everyone has good service.

Comfortable bed, very good bathroom, but breakfast options are limited.

The owner's aunt and uncle are very hospitable. There are many types of rooms. The design style is not the same.
