The resort is very nice, great location. The service was great, we got tea set with cookies and fruit every afternoon to enjoy afternoon tea. Our cleaning lady Hu Quan Juan was very nice, smiling all the time. The breakfast was good, we enjoyed the variety of different dishes and really good coffee (not everywhere available). All in all we would love to stay there again!

I strongly recommend you experience a stay at Hilton Hangzhou Qiandaohu. It was one of the most comfortable stays ever. Maksim, one of the hotel employees, helped us from the start to the end. As a Korean, traveling in China is extremely difficult because of the language barrier. Although, I speak English, most of the Chinese do not. But, Maksim was able to speak 4 languages fluently; Korean, English, Russian and Chinese. He was happy to answer any questions regardless of time. So, if you are a foreigner considering a visit to Qiandaohu, Hilton is the place, and find Maksim when you do so. The hotel upgraded my room when I got there and prepared a nice welcoming fruit in the room. The hotel has a lot of fun activities, and nice restaurants. My girlfriend and I had an unforgettable memories here.

We had an unforgettable experience at Bright Resort in Qindaohu. Everything was absolutely perfect. Spectacular views, amazing villa, delicious food and very kind staff. We enjoyed walking in the nature, the fresh air and the amazing views. We spotted big fish, eagles and aquatic birds. The breakfast and the food at the Chinese restaurant were delicious. Totally recommended for families, couples and singles.

We came for a short getaway from hot Shanghai. The hotel was very clean and the room spacious and comfortable. As the only foreign family in the hotel, we were treated very well and helped by the staff to get COVID tests in the town. Breakfast was good and the food and drinks on the menu were really affordable. The main reason to come here is the water park. Our balcony faced directly in the park, which is clean and pretty good fun. Crowded on the weekends! Make sure your room reservation includes tickets. We didn’t realize we had to pay extra and had to purchase tickets on both days. There is no additional pool available, so there is not much to do if you don’t use the water park. There is very little else in walking distance of the hotel, but we did find a few nice little restaurants. Best to come with a car or make friends with a local taxi driver, as we did!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful hotel. The rooms were clean and a good size and the breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. We ate Western food in the bar every evening (burgers, chips etc) and the food was great. The pool was lovely (the jacuzzi is very warm) and my daughter loved the play room in the basement. Two things to consider: firstly, the boat trip is only short and involves either a cable car ride or a steep walk (I don’t like heights, so we opted for the walk and it was pleasant but would not be suitable for the elderly or very young children). Secondly, we did not know we had to book our taxi to the station the night before we checked-out, so a member of the team eventually booked one for us, as my Didi app would not get us a car, with the hotel being so far out. Overall, a lovely place and we will definitely return soon.

We made our vacation with our 2 little girls. All things such as pools, playgrounds, meats are useful and effective for children. Especially the playground is free for the guests, very cute and enjoyable. The locations and foods was pretty good. But the outdoor swimming pool is closed at noon, it is strange for foreigners 😃 the indoor swimming pool is deeper but not so deeper than 1.5 mt, so pools are not enough for adults. Every evenings and nights, there is live music in the lobby. There are few workers who can speak English but they should be more.

Refridgerator did not work, they tried to repair but it still did not work, brought a new fridge in the next morning, we put our drinks in and went out, in the evening our drinks had been hot, the fridge was heating instead of cooling, they again changed the fridge. 3. They made the bed every day and ecchanged the towels, but did clean the glasses, coffee cups and the table. 4. A lot of Chinese TV channels, one russian, arabic, french and spanish each, but no english TV channel.

I declare this the No.1 parent-child hotel in Qiandao Lake!! I have been to Qiandao Lake many times. This time I took my kids to stay at Kaiyuan Resort. The whole family stayed for 2 nights. From the welcome to the departure, I felt the staff's enthusiasm. The housekeeper Beibei was even more attentive and careful. There were small episodes in the middle and she helped me solve them in time. I was anxious for the guests. Auntie Liang from the housekeeping department was also very considerate to prepare fruit plates and small toys for us. She also made small decorations that the children liked very much. It was not boring to stay in the hotel for three days. There are many activities and facilities for children to play! I have experienced the buffet in the Chinese restaurant, which is great! The lake view room is also very beautiful. Thanks to the front desk lady for helping to upgrade~ I will stay here again next time I come to Qiandao Lake!! My daughter said she would stay a few more days next time~I can't bear to leave! 🏊The indoor heated swimming pool is suitable for babies. The outdoor one is too cold to experience. There is also a cute pet park that is better than Moganshan Kaiyuan Senbo. There are also many fun things in Sensen Sports Field. Fantasy Island Parent-Child Tickets: Only one ticket was given for the two nights I booked. I suggest you order separately. After entering, you can enter the park unlimited times by face scanning until 12 o'clock the next day. There are two floors inside. It is not as big as Moganshan, but it is enough for children to play. The little brother upstairs is very enthusiastic and will say hello when he sees children~

This hotel is located next to Fish Street, which is very convenient for eating. The laundry area on the fifth floor has a very good view. Because we live on the first floor, the balcony is very large. The breakfast is also good. There is a welcome fruit plate on the first day. The front desk manager is a The handsome young man helped us book the high-speed rail bus and was very responsible. He also told us where to go to eat delicious food. The service staff who collected the room were also very kind. Disadvantage: Because we live on the first floor and go to the fifth floor for laundry, we cannot use the room lock. My room faced the children's entertainment area, so there were children making noise early in the morning. Another thing was that there was a front desk staff who had a poor service attitude. But the next day I responded immediately and gave him a fruit plate as an apology. He was very professional. , overall this is a good hotel
