好久沒點評了關鍵是懶但是這次再累也需要表揚一下我們酒店的服務硬件好我覺得不知道我花世界店鋪服務好那才需要特別是貴公司的cora師傅真心體現了什麼叫服務人員服務特色的天花板離點後酒店也沒有為了點評送小禮物等措施也讓我感到這次住店的滿意度必須是120分 多出來的20分就是cora小姐姐的附加分 一名好的員工真的可以為這個企業的聲譽帶了光請貴公司珍惜這樣一位好員工。至少下次再來千島湖首選肯定是我們賓至如歸的喜來登酒店

酒店的硬件設施、服務質量、餐食品味確實符合喜來登度假酒店的聲譽。酒店管家小方從入住到離店，對我們關懷備至，主動問寒問暖，殷勤、親切，為此我們不勝感激。當得知我們的特殊紀念日時，為我們安排了湖景房，房間安靜乾淨、寬敞明亮，直麪千島湖，美景一覽無餘。感謝小方的關心和照顧，喜來登度假酒店我們還會再來。

酒店位置好，環境棒，交通便利，高鐵站有穿梭巴士，直接到酒店門口，酒店門口打車快，酒店有專用車位和充電樁，門口禮賓熱情，前台服務很好，預訂的行政樓層房間，高樓層湖景視野很棒，房間設施齊全，有大大的浴缸，陽台上備用的有晾衣桿，看日落很美，一樓泳池水温舒適，健身房設備齊全，還有室外泳池的景色好，小童樂園玩的設施多，大堂吧的咖啡味道很美，17樓行政酒廊能俯瞰整個千島湖，自助早餐豐富，熱情服務，cora提前安排，很好的親子酒店！

I was very satisfied with the three-day and two-night stay at Greentown Qiandao Lake Sheraton Resort. This is my second time here. The hotel is luxurious and well-equipped. The lake view room has a great view, and the room is spacious, bright and quiet. The balcony is super large, and you can see the whole Qiandao Lake from the balcony. The bathroom is spacious and clean. The staff and waiters in each department are very warm and considerate. I will bring my family here next time if I have the chance.
