房間很乾凈，位置離大堂、餐廳、泳池、萌寵樂園都很近，大熱天入住很方便。管家雯雯很熱情，有問題也能及時解決，非常專業！

房間有點潮濕，有黴味，環境很好，一直住開元的

The service here really surprised me several times. First, when I checked in, all three rooms were upgraded to the central lake view room on the fifth floor (Figure 1). Second, when Aunt Liang turned down the bed, she noticed that some children put cute towel animals every day (Figure 3). Third, Aunt Liang saw the summer homework on the table and specially changed the light bulb for the children to write (this really surprised me, I have never encountered this in so many hotels). Fourth, the peacocks in the cute pet park were changing their feathers, and Aunt Liang specially picked two for us (Figure 4. As an adult, it was also the first time for me to get peacock feathers. I was super happy). Fifth, when I checked out, each room was given a large bag of snacks and drinks (Figure 6). There are still a lot of people in the summer vacation. The buffet restaurant is full in the morning. It is better to avoid peak hours. It is still quite rich (Figure 5). There are buffets and meals in the evening. It is recommended to go early when the buffet opens at 5:30. Some things will not be replenished after they are taken. It feels a bit expensive to order meals on the 3rd floor. If you go out to eat, I recommend (fish and local cuisine restaurant). The children played in the outdoor swimming pool and the cute pet park and had a great time. Sometimes there are activities in the lobby, with balloons and jasmine bracelets. The room has children's toiletries. It's not far to drive to Tianyu Mountain or the underwater ancient city.

酒店早餐很好吃，室內的小童樂園不好玩，萌寵樂園很吸引娃，室外水寨和游泳池也玩了很久這些都點贊，房間很一般，馬桶有水漬，不知是沒打掃還是打掃了水沒幹？？
