安嵐是最近住下來最滿意的一間酒店，環境優雅舒適，服務質素很棒。 環境：枕于山水之間，日有瀲灧山水，夜有繁星閃爍，讓人心曠神怡。 設施：一步一景，從房間到公共區域，到泳池的浴室，設施都維護的很好，連户外的草木也養護得不錯。 衞生：乾淨清爽，每天早上會有員工維護花草澆水的同時，把客房步道沖一遍水，房間裏一塵不染，衞生做得細緻。 服務：服務水平一流，特別感謝我的管家Daniel，一直井井有條無微不至地安排各種事宜，從安排入住到房間裏手寫的葉片，及至安排用餐和遊船，最後出發的時候還提前幫我把車裡温度降低，非常貼心！是位很有紳士風度的人。還有遊船老哥王紅兵，為了給我閨女拍照都站到船頭上了，特別認真地向我們介紹水下獅城，幫我們找各種角度拍照，讓我們的遊湖體驗開心滿滿，致敬！另外像餐廳前台美食廊泳池，每個人都耐心周到，彬彬有禮，響應及時，我們的體驗感都非常棒。還要表揚泳池兩位安全員，老哥對每個人的細節都記得清清楚楚，小哥超認真，眼睛盯着我家小朋友，但凡她倆想幹點啥危險動作，他都站的很近，讓人特別感動和安心。 總的來説，這家千島湖安嵐值得再來，推薦喔。

管家daniel服務非常熱情且周到，安排了房間升級，並且可以欣賞到美麗的日落。 第一晚選擇在餐廳吃晚飯，服務員小花為我們介紹了當地的特色菜餚，味道非常棒，毫無雷點，尤其是白條和葱幹土豬肉眼前一亮。 酒店整體環境很好，晚上也能看到非常美的星空。

The housekeeper who contacted us turned out to be Daniel, who had previously worked at the Ritz-Carlton in Sanya. The front desk check-in service staff was also very skilled and quick. Daniel drove the battery car to take us back to the room. He was polite and patient throughout the whole process (I learned that his manager Polo also came to this hotel. No wonder the service is still so meticulous and considerate. It turns out that a good teacher produces good students). The details of entering the room are also deeply in my heart, fresh fruits, handwritten ginkgo leaf welcome letters, and toiletries are all Guerlain. Let's talk about the hotel. It is very large, the hygiene is also very good, the hotel scenery is also very good, the attitude of the service staff at each position is also very good, and it is convenient to eat. If you don't want to eat in the hotel, you can go to the Tongguo Fish Restaurant in the town (recommended by Daniel). If you drive here, you can go to the nearby ancient villages. The hotel rooms are surrounded by the lake, the natural environment is pleasant, and the new Chinese style of decoration is both classical and grand. There are electric cars in the hotel, so there is no burden of walking with the elderly and children. The waiters in the hotel are also warm and thoughtful. The meals are natural and delicious. The whole family deeply felt the simple folk customs of Qiandao Lake and the high-quality brand of Anlan. We had a wonderful holiday. Everyone agreed to continue to visit Ninghai and Xinchang Anlan

The housekeeper Alex Hu Hao provided great service throughout the whole process and upgraded the room type. He really responded to every request. When I left, I was given a small gift of Guerlain toiletries and the hotel's homemade hot sauce. It was full of sincerity. It is a good place for vacation in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai~ By the way, the hotel's travel photography is also very good and produces good photos. 5 photos are given for free. The travel photography brother of Qidu is very nice and patient~

The room has a good view and the scenery is beautiful. The concierge Daniel is the butler throughout the entire process. The service is warm, considerate and thoughtful. It is a very comfortable vacation choice👍🏻
