Hotel location was good. Walking instruction from Chur Bahnhof could be better.
😩 Have to carry heavy luggage up 2.5 flights of stairs. Only 1 reception staff and not helpful.
Book the historical room which is old and all wood. Crazily to enter the room, we need to open a metal door to get in. No scary night and had a good sleep.

If you like to stay in old historical hotel than maybe can be a good choose . It was under renovation including our room door . The reception is at second floor so you have to carry your luggage there . After 7 pm no front desk

We had a pleasant overall experience at the hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location was excellent. However, one of the rooms we were given was not heated, which was a bit inconvenient. The staff tried to assist but couldn’t find a heater for the room, so we had to switch to another room.
Thankfully, they handled the situation professionally by refunding the cost difference, which we appreciated. While this was a minor hiccup, it didn’t overshadow the positive aspects of our stay.
