I wish I could give zero stars as this is the worst dump of a motel I've ever stayed in. I've stayed in my fair share of cheap motels while traveling but this is hands down the worst. The bottoms of my feet turned black from walking on the floor. Everything was filthy. The sheets were blood stained and full of cigarette burns. The AC didn't work and there were no screens in the window. No wifi. No breakfast or fridge though they advertised both. Meth heads in the parking lot feeding stray cats pizza at 2am. They have an hourly rate and someone next door to us was ”entertaining” guests by the hour. We couldn't leave as we got in late and nowhere else was available, nor was there anyone at the office to complain to once we checked in. When I complained to the site I used to book with them, the motel staff blatantly lied about offering us another room. The housekeeper swore at us and pushed her stolen Dollar General grocery cart full of supplies away still cursing at us and complaining about the owners. They had painted in a dingy light brown color then ”patched” bad spots with a darker brown so it looked like someone had smeared feces on every wall. See attached photos.. I'm not being dramatic or exaggerating when I say this place and it's money-grubbing, lying owners could get sucked into a black hole and the world would be better for it.

Grateful to Ms. Rachel for granting us a room on the top floor! This is very spacious and clean; from the rug, all furniture - desk and its chair; king bed with white, fine textured beddings, quite comfortable pillows and night stands; comfy chair and ottoman; loveseat with side and coffee table; dinette with two chairs, a mini table by the long right-width mirror; mini kitchen with sink - appliances - mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker - coffee, paper towel and two bottles of water from Ms. Rachel. The tub almost double the usual size! Towels are fluffy and white. Spacious bathroom and counter. The Dove toiletries are much appreciated! Complimentary breakfast must be satisfying too. Although it remains to be experienced tomorrow. The lobby is not big but elegant and relaxing with the two door-sized walls where water flows down.

Don't like that you can only have 2 bath towels if your staying in a room with one king size bed. Asked for at least one extra towel and we were told we would have to turn in our used towels. With that being said, hotel was very clean and in a nice location. Staff was fairly nice. Check out is at noon, that's a plus. Pool was very clean and the spa was in working condition and at a good temperature.

I was born and raised in the Warren/Niles area and had no idea this gem was here until I recently had to stay there after moving out of town. I am so proud that we have this beautiful hotel in my hometown! This is by far, the best hotel that I know of in the entire area. You know before you even walk in the doors and see the detail of the fountain out front that they have paid attention to the details here. The service was very professional and kind. The room was huge with a separate bedroom almost like an apartment. But what dropped my jaw was the garden and waterfall behind the hotel. We had breakfast outside and enjoyed listening to the flowing water and watching the kids delight in the fish feeding in the pond. You totally forget you are in the middle of a suburban midwestern town when you are sitting in this naturally beautiful oasis. And the jacuzzi was built with all windows and extends beyond the hotel walls so you can enjoy that beauty while relaxing in the warm waters. I was surprised to learn it's been here for many years but the management is maintaining the property in great shape. If you're traveling and even if you're local but want a special evening away from home, I highly recommend staying at this hotel. Well done Holiday Inn!

Don't let the fact that this hotel is geared for more long-term stays keep you from spending just a couple of nights. If you like big, comfortable rooms, with a full kitchen, and even utensils, (and detergent for your dish washer, yes it has a dish washer) then if you get a chance to stay you should. The hotel is one of the cleanest, freshest, and most-welcoming I have stayed at in ages. The staff seem genuinely happy to see and host you. The lobby is a quick glimpse of the hospitality to come, with great places to lounge and gather, and should the weather agree an outside fire pit adds to the feel. Then to be offered a great, real, full choice of a hot breakfast as included, and your day, no matter what is planned will start out right. I was only there for two nights, and I love the fact that when I left, I had a 'wish I could stay longer' (or live there) feeling.

We stayed here last night on our way to NY. We are Hilton fans but have never stayed at a Home 2 Suites before. The hotels lobby is appealing, brightly colored and modern. The rooms however are shabby. The bedding is old, our pillows were worn, flat and smelled of sweat or mold…..something not good. Our window shade was torn and couldn’t be opened or closed without risk of breaking the chain. Our bathroom had everything we needed but I was turned off by the hair I found in one of the vanity drawers. The kitchen area was nice, the dishes were still in the dishwasher when we arrived so I didn’t know if they were clean or not. Our morning breakfast was fine, they were touting a new breakfast menu but everything we chose was cool to room temperature not hot. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again and probably won’t stay at a Home 2 Suites in the future.

I stayed at this hotel in early Nov 2022. This was by far the cleanest and best kept hotel I have ever stayed in. There was nothing wrong in the room, not even a scuff on the wall. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet. I would definitely stay again on my next trip to the area. We only stayed one night but everything was great.

GGuest UserThe room was very clean. The breakfast had nice choices. The hotel lobby and outside and gym were all very clean. The check in was fast and all the employees we came in contact with were super.The pool was clean except they could take care of the towels. Big heep of dirty one and only one clean. Hope someone just didn't come to work that day. I would stay again in a heart beat.

GGuest UserFriendly front desk staff at check in, very quick. Our room was two queens and looked recently renovated including fixtures, art, carpet, headboards and window and wall coverings. In room mini fridge, microwave, a small closet and three hanging wire storage baskets. Neutrogena grooming products provided. So many outlets for charging your phone/electronic devices, it was wonderful. There was a mini one cup coffee maker and a full length mirror. For seating, one upholstered wheeled chair and a big portable ottoman. The beds were very tall - I am 6' and it was okay for me but my short traveling companion had difficulty getting up on the bed. Super easy freeway access, some road noise because we were on the end of the hall but the hotel itself was very quiet. Everything was clean and the towels were very soft. Bed comfortable, lots of pillows. Pet friendly. I recommend this Hampton!

GGuest UserI stayed at the Motel 6 on Belmont Avenue in Youngstown (Liberty), Ohio for the Thanksgiving holiday. Always my first choice for my home away from home! Pet friendly, great service and a courteous staff! I plan on staying again when I return for Christmas!
