Stayed at the Harmony Hotel because there was a family event in Tasik. Bringing toddlers and elderly people went smoothly, room upgrades were responded to well, excellent service for the crew. The breakfast was delicious, although there weren't many choices.

My first time staying at this property, at Cordella Hotel Tasikmalaya from today 15 Sep until 18 Sep 2023. I am bringing a kid, 5 year old) with me which unfortunately he got sick this morning, and he has fever. This afternoon, around 3-4 pm I heard a continue dragged sounds of tables and chair above my room. Then I learnt that above my room is a function hall. Pretty sure the banquet staff dragged everything instead lifted those equipments. My son fell asleep since 7.00 pm because of his medicine, and awoken by a super loud friday night live music that started from 8pm and receptionist said that it will be until 11pm. And he also said that live music also happening in the street of Yudanegara beside in the rooftop. So if you are expecting a sound proof room for a solitude, don’t choose this hotel. If you’d like to join the night crowd and party all night long, this hotel is suitable for you. Actually I’m a kind of like this hotel because it’s quite new, great service from FO and HSKP, (have’t try the FB service and product yet) and everything works in order. TV can do the netflix and youtube (smart tv). I would give 5 stars for those things…but 1 star for soundproof room.

This time the vacation is a normal, the service scale is very good, especially the receptionist & spv and his manager who really helps me once quickly, there is a little problem to lag cpt solved for my booking. double complaints so make his staff honest n Well, it's very helpful. Reception staff speak not English No wifi in the room Wake up in the full night with water that fell on my head. In no case I recommend this hotel, the lindemann I asked to change the room when I arrived in the evening, the room was certainly better but still not wifi to work

best place for those in transit taking a break from long journeys. location is easy to find. enough room to rest. The downside is because it's quite noisy on the side of the causeway and quite a lot of noise comes in (people chatting outside, etc.) and there was an incident where the electricity went out for about 30 minutes. the rest were very satisfied with the friendly hotel staff and the cleanliness of the toilets which was very good

Fresh, friendly, cozy and nice place to stay along bandung. Spacious chamber as well as delicious meal at breakfast experience. Two thumbs up.
