I really like the location, the building is a bit old, yes it looks but the swimming pool is comfortable.
Just make repairs, the room curtains, the sheets, and the bathroom curtain are worn out.
One more thing, the cleanliness of the bathroom is lacking, the floor doesn't seem like it's been brushed for a while,
The others are okay, especially the scenery is really good.

The housekeeping didn’t change the floor matt towel, the toilet smells from day 1 , I think the smell comes from the pipe pr something.. on the last day at the breakfast restaurant I fell down because the floor was slippery …Overall I did not enjoy my stay in Grand Aston hotel Puncak… Dissapointed

There are a few things I like about this place:
1. a place close to the top of the puncak pass, so it's definitely cold
2. beautiful hotel environment, lots of trees, there is a lake, far from the crowd of the road.
3. comfortable rooms, clean and soft mattresses, warm water, thick and long bath towels, thick mattress blankets, mineral water and warm water are provided in the thermos,
4. the price is affordable
5. Can make camping too
6. there is a villa for those who come (near the lake)
I recommend it once for those who want to stay in the top pass area

This hotel is very affordable at this price, the room is big, the air is very good, the view here is also very beautiful, there are two mountains nearby. The hotel's free breakfast, although not many types, but full of fried rice, eggs and coffee. There are not many guests in the hotel, the small garden grass is very good, and the drone flew by the way. You have to drive by yourself here, and the main road has to drive several slopes to go up. The slopes in Indonesia look so steep, narrow and steep.

We’re staying in Hobbit 33. The room has 1 king size bed and bunk bed, even after all that the room still have a spacious living area. The bed was very very comfortable however the pillow is too firm for me. Inside the room they have safety box, mini fridge, hair dryer, smart TV, separate bath tub and rain shower. The room ceiling is very unique, try to turn off all other the lights in the room except the lights inside ceiling decorations and you’ll see the night sky filled with stars. ;) They also have a balcony, our room was facing to the playground. And around 60meters from waterpark. Breakfast is packed around 7-8am..if u go after 8am it was less packed with sufficient food supply.

This hotel is located not far from the center of Sukabumi. In general, the hotel is quite comfortable, there is a parking facility in the basement for those who bring their own vehicles. For the room size is quite ok for the size of a budget hotel. However There are some notes that can be considered for the hotel. We stayed around June 1, 2019, for the elevator itself a bit smelly, so there is a cleaner ahead so it can be provided to prevent smell. There are some rooms that do not have windows access, so if you get a room that is not equipped, it might feel 's stuffy'. Even if the KM room was a bit smelly at that time, it might be checked for the KM fan Exos and the drainage. For breakfast served at Rooftop floor (4th floor), but the hotel elevator only reaches the 3rd floor, so it has to access the stairs to the rooftop floor. For the breakfast menu, it's not that many kinds, yes, given this budget hotel, but if it's just for breakfast is still okay. The Rooftop atmosphere is also ok for breakfast in the morning while enjoying the cool morning air of Sukabumi.

I have been here many times every time I go to Sukabumi, but I am a little disappointed because when I check in at 2 o'clock, but I have to delay it for about 15-20 minutes because the room is not ready, when I saw it, it turned out that the visitors who were staying in my room just came out. GGuest Userrecently i've been traveling to cianjur, and at my last business trip i was stay at Gino feruci cianjur. well the hotel is great, the room was clean and all the furniture was brand new, the staff told me that they were opened at december 2019. for the food was delicious, the breakfast menu very variable for cianjur, well if i compared my stay experiences at the costel before..... and for the menu at the restaurant was very affordable. i think gino feruci cianjur was the hotel and bring the hotel standard like smiling and helpful staff and other facility that hotel should have such as pool, restaurant, lobby and gym. for the location of this hotel is very strategic, its only a walk away to citimall. for me this hotel will be my 1st option if i should go to cianjur city even for business or for a family trip. btw try menu of nasi goreng, or cordon bleu chicken, its quite cheap and delicious. keep the good work

For the pool, children like to swim because the water is hanged And kl can base And the pool wall is not dark.. Because when I went to the pool, it felt dark and comfortable. Hope soon there is another facility for 2 children. The restaurant is super recommended because everything is delicious and affordable.

VVivi_alvaroFirst, I went to see it, then in the standard twin room because the family was full. Alhamdulillah children like it even though it's narrow. Because in Cianjur area it's a bit difficult to find a nice and comfortable hotel. Alhamdulillah yesterday the retro family type.. I like it because there's a water purifier in addition to the width, because booking on traveloka has breakfast. And I asked for a bowl of sponges because they were given a sponge because they were a few dishes. But for the room maintenance, it needs to be improved by the bathroom with no stains from the water ducts.

GGuest Uservacationing on the weekend of 05/11/2022, at check-in everything went well, the staff who received it were also kind and friendly, the bellboy who helped us was very friendly, we really enjoyed the atmosphere of the sunday night, but all disappeared when we checked out , we had to wait for the bellboy for 1 hour to help lift the goods, which in the end we had to bring ourselves to the place where we checked out, because the terrain was very uphill and there were many stairs my mother was very tired and so were we. we decided to call back the front office to help us, this also we have to wait for 15 minutes after we walk approximately 30 meters. all the beautiful impressions we felt disappeared because of the service that did not pay attention to the needs of guests. I will not return there again and will not recommend this place to my colleagues or family.

GGuest UserWent here at Palace Hotel Cipanas with my husband & 2 children for our short escape on the weekend. We choose the TownHouse type of room to accomodate 4 of us which has 2 bed room & 2 bathroom. It was located quite a distance from the lobby so they offered us a free buggy service everytime we want to go to-from the town house. We love the location because it was secluded. But there are several things that need to be improve. 1.As reviewed by other traveller, that there are no towel provided in the room. It was the first I noticed, so before the bellboy gone I asked him to bring the towel for us. They took a long time just to bring 4 towel (for me it took more than 40min) 2.The Cleanliness, the table in the dining room looked dirty just like someone just used it so I cleaned it with tissue wipes. And the toaster was so gross (rusty & full of dirt, i even didnt want to open it) 3. We had problem with the housekeeping because someone came by in the morning & told that they would clean the room at 12. We said OK. But until 2pm no one came to clean up and we called many times until 3.10pm the housekeeping finally came. Despite all of it, the hotel has a good wifi, the fridge, hot water, air con were working properly.
