A good couple of nights at an Ibis can often do the trick, and so it proved here. There's nothing much in Ciboure, but the Ibis is in a stylishly reclaimed residential area next to a lovely river with small boats moored along its length. The 10 minute walk to St Jean involved a quick walk under a railway underpass, up some stairs on the other side, across the river and dropping into town. It was a well trodden route for all the Ibis guests! I would guess the St Jean train station is no more 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel itself looks reasonably recently renovated and we benefited from other reviewers' advice to get a larger room for a few pennies more. Well worth the cost for a room 50% bigger plus a sofa. Car parking was in a separate building adjoining the hotel with plentiful spaces and fully secure, if a bit underlit at times. All in all, a good solid choice for a few days in the area.

Hotel very well located. The hotel is quite nice. Our room wasn't ready at 15:00 and we were brought up without warning. We were offered a coffee while. The room was clean with a good bed and a comfortable water room. The breakfast was very good. I have the impression that there was a little under-efficient. The service at the hotel's café level would deserve to be a little more pro. The corner pool and spa is appreciable. Good stay in the whole !

I really nice surprise. This modern clean, spacious hotel is an excellent stop. Close to the motorway network, friendly staff, Absolut brilliant in every way. The hotel is rather remote but there are a couple of very good restaurants in walking distance. The rooms are spacious brilliant. The car park is locked overnight, and the amble parking spaces are close to the entrance. This hotel is fantastic for disabled people. I simply cannot flaw this hotel.

The location is good if you have a car, is not close (walking distance) to the city, but at the same time really good location. Service is just fantastic, everyone was nice with us and welling to help if we asked for something. the Snack bar (cafeteria) staff is the best of the best, as well as the housekeeping staff. The only bad thing was the AC, we have no idea if it was ”warm” because the new ordinance or because something else, but unfortunately the hotel's location is so close to a highway, the room was quiet and good, but we try to sleep a little bit cooler, and with the window open was just imposible

I went to checkin at about 17 o'clock in the afternoon. I gave a room on the ground floor. It was a sea view room. I couldn't see the sea view on the ground floor. It was just a swimming pool. I wanted to change the height through Ctrip and the hotel coordination. On the floor, the room was full, the room was not air-conditioned, and only one electric fan was rented. The bed between the folders was not blown, and it was warmed up in the middle of the night. It took about 10 minutes to walk to the beach.

Very Good
Residence on the side of the hill, in a quiet and green environment 10 minutes walk from the beach, with a pleasant walk along the channel. The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. The hotel is very friendly and has given us many information when we arrived. The apartment is spacious for 4 but would be too small for 6 (the fridge is not suitable for 6). The bedroom is very comfortable, large but our two teens, they, spent 2 weeks to shot against the walls around the overlapped bed that makes less than 90cm in width. The sofa was completely deformed, to change (en retournant le matlas de l'assise, nous avons limité son inconfort) La terrasse est spacieuse. Toutes les pièces sont équipées de volets roulant, parfait pour dormir dans l'obscurité totale. Nothing to reiterate on the cleanness of the apartment and the lingerie provided to our arrival.

It’s a simple and basic hotel but it has a modern and light interior which makes it feel just a tiny bit larger. The bed was comfortable and they have a small bar at the reception. The location is quite good - 10min walk from Saint Jean de Luz. During the day there are some services around but in the evening you need to walk across the bridge. The staff were very kind.
