Sehr freundliches Personal,sehr gute zentrale Lage,alles wirklich fußläufig erreichbar (Stadt,Strand etc) Frühstück war sehr gut und vor allem reichhaltig. Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert.

L'accueil est charmant et efficace. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. L'hôtel est calme et nous avons très bien dormis. Le parking était gratuit pour notre nuit ce qui fut très pratique. Un ibis qui répond donc aux attentes habituelles des clients Accor.

This good standard hotel is really well located for a stay in the Basque Country and particularly for visiting the beautiful town of Saint-Jean-de-Luz: there is only the Pont sur la Nivelle to cross and, in 10 minutes on foot, we are in the heart of this magnificent city with a unique bay. The availability of large car parking, secure and at no extra cost, is an essential argument for choosing this hotel, especially in this location. The welcome at the IBIS-Ciboure-Saint-Jean-de-Luz hotel is also excellent and friendly. The housekeeping and service staff are friendly and efficient. You can even have a snack served at any time. Without being spacious, the rooms are quite suitable and sufficient; the cabins-bathroom-wc are well designed and the shower is of appropriate size. Small sensitive points: - a safe in the rooms would be appreciated; - the breakfasts are a little too expensive (€12.90 in March 2024), but very good; - it is too hot in the rooms (the individual adjustment is not very efficient); - the Canal+ channel is not accessible (to the regret of a rugby match fan). Apart from these details (a little too nitpicky perhaps), we are keeping this address with the firm intention of repeating this very good experience of a 5-night stay at the IBIS Hotel in Ciboure. We happily recommend it.

Très bon séjour

Very well received at reception, (she should speak a little louder). The bed is large (160 wide), we sleep well. The bathroom is small but sufficient. For breakfast, you have to get the orange juice from the other side of the room, there was no butter to make toast. There is a garage to secure the car.

Hôtel bien placé pour visiter la ville. Très bien.

Decent hotel, a little far from the city center but quiet and there is a very good breakfast.

Hotel well located in Ciboure but a stone's throw from the town center of Saint Jean de Luz. There is free covered hotel parking! Small downside on the so-called "new bedding" but which will be changed according to the lady at reception because it really is not very comfortable with a mattress topper smaller than the mattress and without any soft welcome. Very good breakfast and clean hotel.
