Ho soggiornato in questo splendido hotel con la mia famiglia solo una notte per partecipare ad un congresso. La villa è stata restaurata in manoera conservativa, recuperando affreschi , soffitti e pavimenti. Le camere sono spaziose e arredate con mobili d' epoca. Immersa nel verde, con bellissima piscina sul retro e giardini con rigogliose piante ornamentali. Ottima la colazione con prodotti freschi. Servizio e pulizia impeccabili. Torneremo.

La struttura è effettivamente una antica villa signorile. Pulita, con una incantevole sala colazioni e un giardino con piscina molto curato. La colazione ha sia salato (buoni formaggi e salame locali) con prosciutto e uova sode, che dolce (un pò meno entusiasmante a parer mio). La mia camera era spaziosa con un comodo letto. L'arredamento se pur d'epoca, non era di pregio e la camera era un pò spoglia. Il bagno spazioso e fornito di tutto il necessario di base, comprese le ciabatte. Unica pecca l'odore di scarichi. In camera l'illuminazione princaple era troppo bassa. La struttura si trova lontano dal centro di Orvieto. Per raggiungerlo si può usare la funicolare a 10 minuti a piedi passando attraverso un parco vicino al complesso scolastico. Purtroppo chiude alle 20.30. Ci sono 2 bus alle 23 e 24 circa. A piedi è sconsigliato perché si deve camminare sulla strada senza marciapiede. Vicino alla struttura, 900 metri, c'è un ottimo ristorante e pizzeria (Cedro Bianco). Nel complesso mi sono trovata bene anche se non lo definirei un 4 stelle ma un buon 3 stelle.

The hotel is a historic building with an interesting history. It is set far back from the road and feels private and secluded - lovely to walk around. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable. Great breakfast included!

As someone who usually stays at very cheap stays, this was a treat. I stayed by myself and I felt like the room was very big. The bathroom and shower were small but fine. Front desk attendants were very nice and the breakfast was simple but enough to get my day started. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet at night! Beautiful villa. I would stay again!

Siamo stati in questo hotel 3 notti e siamo rimasti sorpresi dalla bellezza del posto e dalla gentilezza del personale. L'hotel è una villa d'epoca con mobili e arredamento conformi. Le stanze spaziose (eravamo in 5) e il bagno, anche se da modernizzare, funzionale con un'ampia doccia. La piscina ci ha rigenerato dopo le visite nelle città umbre. La colazione discreta con dolci, frutta e salato. Il soggiorno a Villa Ciconia ci ha rigenerato. È stata una piacevole scoperta!

Meravigliosa villa a mio parere da ristrutturare e da "illuminare" un pò con il personale e coi dettagli in quanto tutti alquanto cupo. potrebbe diventare un hotel di lusso se sfruttata come merita, non le danno il giusto valore

Abbiamo scelto questa struttura perché comoda all’uscita dell’autostrada e vicina alla cittadina di Orvieto. Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte in una camera quadrupla. Siamo rimasti molto delusi. La Villa è un edificio storico immersa in un bel parco, ma molto trascurata : camera, aree comuni, giardino e piscina avrebbero bisogno di una bella rinfrescata. Non ritorneremo.

It’s a really nice Villa with a lovely breakfast and a huge and clear pool. We have been there in July with our family. The kids loved this place very much. We could swim until late at night. The pool was so clear and huge. Breakfast was varied and really good.
