The facilities are similar to those of domestic express hotels, but it is indeed the best hotel in the area. The balcony view is beautiful, the rooftop restaurant has a beautiful view, the buffet is very cheap and cost-effective, and the front desk and cleaning services are very friendly. Como siempre mis reseñas son en base a mi experiencia personal. Esta vez seleccionamos como destino Cienfuegos en nuestra ruta de vacaciones. Visitamos Melia San Carlos por 2 noches. Un hotel muy lindo y agradable a la vista. El comfort en su instalación muy al estilo Melia eso si Falta un poco de cultural en el detalle y limpieza. El servicio deja mucho que desear con sus ecepciónes. Gracias a la chicha del lobby bar (en nuestra entrada) y los chicos del turno de nuestra salida. Recomiendo solo pagar plan alojamiento con desayuno (este ultimo no esta mal, pero pudiera estar Mejor) la comida muy pobre y su elaboracion es solo a la plancha. Ensalada lo justo y sin mas.. Lo tomas o lo dejas. Solo agradecer a todo su colectivo y pienso que prestando mas Atención a los detalles fuera Miche mejor.

Muy buena ubicación, hotel bastante nuevo,buena habitación pero el servicio no es de los mejores.Falta preparación entre los trabajadores para generar un mejor servicio.Estuvo bien la experiencia .La comida está ok pero recomiendo cenar afuera

Le sobra más de una estrella. El hotel es antiguo, la comida escasa y la amabilidad del personal en general brilla por su ausencia.Lo único bueno que tiene este hotel en mi opinión es la ubicación ya q está en pleno centro pero por lo demás tienen mucho que mejorar

nos encantó este hotel desde el minuto 1 en que llegamos. El bellboy servicial, nos ayudó con el equipaje. laa chica del mostrador nos explicó todos los servicios, horarios y nos sugirió los a ttractivos de l ciudad. El restuarante en el útimo piso del edificio. Cena buffet con servicio de bar, buen vino y el barman Robildo un profesional de los tragos y los cocteles. Es un hotel de Meliá, muy bien administrado, pequeño pero su personal lo hace inmenso. Gracias!!!

I really enjoyed my stay here, and what a lovely city, which after the chaos of Havana, was clean and peaceful. We received a warm welcome on arrival and shown to our rooms. The room itself was spacious enough, with a lovely shower. The only thing I wasn't too keen on was the fact that there was no outside window and the room looked onto an inner atrium. However, this wasn't a big problem and I found the room itself very comfortable. There was a plentiful supply of fresh food at breakfast, and service was very good. The hotel itself was centrally located, near to several bars and restaurants. Just one request - please get some wine in stock. Many people now drink this, and to be told, "no, we don't have any" is not what a lot of people want to hear when they are on holiday.

Schönes kleines H otel in der Stadt Cienfuegos. Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr aufmerksam und sehr lustig. Der Hotelpage Pochou half uns mit dem Gepäck aufs Zimmer, der Junge war sehr nett. Es waren zwei Tage in dieser Stadt in Kuba, es gibt Stromausfälle, aber dieses Hotel verfügt über eine Elektrizitätsanlage, die Strom erzeugt, wenn diese allgemeinen Stromausfälle auf den Straßen auftreten. Sehr gut für die Hotelleitung, ausgezeichnet! Das Essen im Speisesaal im obersten Stockwerkk wa r abwechslungsreich, besser als in anderen Restaurants, die wir in Havanna besuchten. Viel besseres Frühstück, kleines karibisches Buffet. Ich gebe 5 Punkte für die Aufmerksamkeit der Kellnerin Lissne, die uns sehr freundlich gezeigt hat, dass das Zimmer groß, geräumig , sauber und komfortabel war. Dies ist ein ideales H otel zum Übernachten und Besuchen e eines kubanischen Kulturdorfes. Ich empfehle es! Vielen Dank
