vacationing on the weekend of 05/11/2022, at check-in everything went well, the staff who received it were also kind and friendly, the bellboy who helped us was very friendly, we really enjoyed the atmosphere of the sunday night, but all disappeared when we checked out , we had to wait for the bellboy for 1 hour to help lift the goods, which in the end we had to bring ourselves to the place where we checked out, because the terrain was very uphill and there were many stairs my mother was very tired and so were we. we decided to call back the front office to help us, this also we have to wait for 15 minutes after we walk approximately 30 meters. all the beautiful impressions we felt disappeared because of the service that did not pay attention to the needs of guests. I will not return there again and will not recommend this place to my colleagues or family.
