All the staffs are friendly and helpfull, especially Miss Nissa who take care our room reservation. The room is clean, the view is extraordinary .. we can have a mountain and beach view.. all the amenities are provided. The swimming pool is beautiful, plus they have private beach with unique bamboo in the front. We’re really enjoying our stay with Novus Jiva Villa Resort and Spa Anyer, keep the good work 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I think the villa used to be a nice one but it is now 20 years old, pooely managed and maintained. I booked through Agoda and they place the negative reviews at the bottom, so prospective clients don't read them. 1.They were inflexible with checkin and out, although they are nearly empty on weekdays. There was no outside toilet except of a dirty Asian toilet. The staff couldn't wait until I checked out although it was 11.30 and I had a searing headache. 2.The villa was 20 years old and poorly maintained. The water in the bathroom didn't work and lights didn't all work. The safety box didn't work, they had no spare key and the rooms were not cleaned when the guest wasn't there. Poorly communicated. 3.The staff was unprofessional and unfriendly. I called them because the fridge was smelly. The owner ordered to switch off the fridge in the room on weekdays without opening the door. As a result it was infested by mold. Tge staff 'cleaned' the smelly fridge with a tissue 4.The owner also ordered to switch off the aircon in the dining room. The building was old, so the problem with the smell was worse. 5.The final straw came however, as one of those uneducated boys said I was too old to drive. Uneducated, no English and not even proper Indonesian. 6.The hotel has the same price as one of the best 4* hotels in the area. By no means is the expensive price justified for such a poorly maintained and managed old property

The bathroom have bathtub, shower pod, 2 washbasin as is comfortable, so you can rest and recharge easily. We are fully enjoy the hotels facility since checked-in at easy steps with register by online, welcomed with fresh orange juice, got high tea which entertain our kids very much and taking care by Pak Tama, the Front Office Manager who also gave warm farewell at our departure. Great hospitality. Aston Anyer Beach offers room service but we prefer to have our dinner at The Sunset Cafe, also venue of breakfast, and enjoy the sea wind with delicious food, lots selection of beverages and super friendly staffs serving. As a guest of the hotel, you can enjoy the swimming pool and having fun at its private beach. Not forget, guests who drive have access to parking. Whether you are visiting for business, holiday or both, Aston Anyer Beach Hotel will make your holiday unforgettable.

Check in is problem, we have to wait and the FO staff said, they are lack of manning. You can not say to client your minus in operation. it has to be dealt by yourself. The location of the hotel also at the side of the small brown water river. this is a minus.

Cozy, all foods are delicious, super friendly and helpful staffs, high quality bed and pillow (king koil), clean, unlimited drinking water when you’re staying there. Super recommended to get their ‘bakaran tepi pantai’ for dinner.. upon arriving you’ll get free 5 minutes shoulder massage, welcome drink and also welcome cookies, and while waiting for your room, you can wait in their waiting room with AC and guava juice..

We come to this resort on our last day of the school holiday. When we first arrived, we quite surprise that this place only have 2 level and the area not so big. But when we enter the room, its good enough for us..we stay at the beachview room. The room is big, there is a little kitchen with all the kitchen equipment..so we can cook by ourself if we are too lazy to go out. The environment of this resort nice and comfy even its not so big. And located near the beach so we can hang around enjoying the view while the kid can play by the beach.. The breakfast is not so much variation but enough gor breakfast. Overall, its nice to stay here..

Great quality time with Family with easy and quuck arrangement accomodation from Agoda. My trip is around 3 hours from my home in Cisauk, Tangerang. We went to Anyer in Saturday morning with enjoying travel together with family and back again on Sunday afternoon.. this is great short holiday with Fam in beach and enjoyong the sunshine Thanks
