The hotel room is nice and not noisy. The breakfast is good and very rich. The desserts are good and there are various tea bags. The price is moderate. There is a subway nearby and it is not too far from the train station.

The front desk service attitude is very poor. There are a lot of ants in the room, crawling on the floor and bed. I called the front desk and they just sent a cleaner to clean it up. But there were so many ants that he didn't know how to clean it up. We asked the front desk to change the room, but we were told that we could only change to a twin room for free. We couldn't provide our previous three-bed family room because it was no longer available. We had to buy another room at our own expense. We asked for the difference in price because the family room price was 50% higher than the ordinary room, but we were told that it was not possible! And they said that there were so many ants in the room because we brought food into the room and attracted the ants into the room. We went in at 10 am and found someone bitten by ants on the bed at 11 am. The room was on the second floor. How could the ants take the elevator from outside to the second floor room in an hour? A group of people at the front desk said that the ants were attracted from outside the building by our food! A group of people lied collectively in order to shirk responsibility, and let the customers bear the losses caused by their mistakes. There is obviously an ant nest in the room! It is recommended that you do not stay in this hotel, be careful of being allergic to insect bites! We entered the room of the second floor at 10 AM, at 11 AM found a lot of ants on the bed and the floor. We told the receptionist, they just sent a guy to clean the room, and said the ants are there because we took a lot of food which attract the ants to enter the room from outside. However, how can ants step into the room in the second floor from the outside? The ants’ legs must be as long as the hotel stuffs! There must be an ants cave in the room. The ants bite the people. The receptionist guy is very impatient, just said they can only change a room of two beds from our triple bedrooms, and we had to buy another two bedroom by ourselves. They did not even say a sorry to us. Just said it is our reason to attract the ants, it is not their reason! It is the first time to live such bad hotel. Donot choose this hotel , otherwise you will be bited by such worms as ants! You will be allergic to them, maybe create big health problem!

The room is clean and tidy. The front desk is friendly. The only drawback is that it is far from the city center.

Convenient transportation, plenty of free parking spaces. But there are not many good restaurants around.

位置方便。適合自駕，離米蘭市中心40多分鐘的車程。衞生和早餐都可以。附近有超市。住酒店的4天每天都有大巴載着中國旅行團。
