Close to the Main Street Umberto 1 with great bakeries, stores and market. It’s close to the beach too

Great hotel and friendly staff. The mattress of the beds are OK. Communication could be better. We had a little problem to communicate when arriving to get the codes and instructions but the host quickly fixed it when we called him. It could be a good idea to send it a fews days before arriving because not all north american travellers have access to phone calls and most do not use WhatsApp. Except of that everything was great. The lady who made the breakfast was really kind and breakfast was good. Air conditionning was working great. The room was renovated and they kept a bit of history (mosaic on the floor and on a wall) wich is great. Thank you.

Adorable little neighborhood that’s a quick, easy drive to the airport. Definitely a bare bones, pre flight stay. There is no one on property at this hotel. There is a phone number on the door to call on arrival and the host arrived in 7 minutes. It would have been nice to receive arrival instructions regarding this beforehand.

Wonderful staff great check in. Lovely lady who looked after us for breakfast when we had an early tour booked. Not only did she look after the breakfast she also cleaned the rooms. Very friendly with a beautiful smile.
We stayed in the corner room very spacious great bathroom. But unfortunately it was noisy till about 2am. Even with double glazing on the windows and wearing ear plugs it was loud. I’m sure there are quiet rooms available so ask in advance.

A bit of noise in hallway when other guests come and go … but that was expected only lasted a few minutes Room was quite well designed… bed comfortable. Parking was out front and luckily we had space for our small rental car. Host met us and went over everything she was very nice and friendly. Hot tub we didn’t use long as we wanted it warmer and would have taken longer. Washroom was great … all and all we enjoyed our short night as we had to leave 230 in morning for airport.

This property is great for 4 people and I would probably go again if we are 4 people booking but we were 5 and booked for 5 Adults. We were disappointed because it only had four places to sleep. Let us say a few of us had a very bad sleep. They should not have allowed us to book.
Free parking is parking on the streets.
It also advertises a pool. Only if you get the room with the pool. We felt catch-fished.
Clearly they wanted all rooms booked and they did not care about the number of individuals in the room. They did not accommodate for the extra person.

Nos encantó Settegrana Bed & Breakfast, sobre todo por el diseño que combina lo tradicional con lo moderno, y lo hace de una manera súper estilosa. La ubicación es otro punto a favor: está cerca de la playa, a pocos minutos del aeropuerto de Palermo y a una distancia manejable de San Vito Lo Capo. Además, es perfecto para explorar lugares como la Reserva Natural dello Zingaro, Scopello , Cefalú y Palermo. Y hablando de sorpresas, la playa de Cinisi nos encantó, super linda. No puedo dejar de mencionar la hospitalidad de Fara, la dueña, que se nota en detalles como los snacks en la habitación, los dulces en el desayunador, y la conversación matutina. Recomiendo este lugar a quienes valoran el diseño y un punto base para explorar la región
