Everything’s magnificent! We had a wonderful stay here. Enjoying the heated pool, the view, the ambience, the large bathtub in our room. Definitely a wonderful choice to celebrate our wedding anniversary! Helpful staffs are also a green flag for us. Our car’s fuel pump was off during our stay so some of the staffs are willingly to help my husband push the car to a flat parking surface while waiting for our mechanic. Especially Pak Saepul who willingly drove us around Puncak to find car parts and get dinner. My husband and I hope Novus Giri always thrives to success in delivering excellent and most sincere services to all guests. Best wishes for Novus Group and definitely will come back again or even try another branch!
