Stayed at the 2 bedroom villa. The place was nice, clean and spacious. Our room was quite far from the reception, so we had to take a buggy to get around. The living room doesn’t have air conditioning, but it didn’t feel stuffy since we could open the windows and let the cool air in. Air conditioning is provided in both bedrooms. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay.

Nice hotel and no complain. Perfect for family. Variety breakfast menu, but the only thing dissapointed is we need to pay for a glass of americano. Free cofee is too watery.

The hotel building and furniture feel quite old, and the corridor to the room was very dark. When I checked in, the hotel was quiet and it was low season, yet I was asked to wait 30 minutes. After waiting for more than an hour and asking twice, I was still told to wait because the room was not ready. Only after I firmly stated that I had already waited an hour—despite the initial promise of 30 minutes—was I immediately given the room key. However, the location is very good, especially for those who plan to visit Taman Safari.

This is a good resort type hotel at the foot of famous Taman Safari Indonesia (Safari Garden). We enjoyed the fresh air of below 20°C and the foggy environment (literally the cloud was so low or the altitude is high enough (1500m). My kids rode horse. The breakfast was so good (international, oriental and middle eastern).

Unfortunately, my stay at Hotel Pesona Alam was disappointing. There was ongoing construction nearby, causing constant noise and strong exhaust smells from tractors that lasted until night, which seriously affected comfort. The room pillow was in very poor condition—lumpy and uncomfortable, as if the filling had clumped together probably after washing. I also experienced multiple operational issues at the same time: my room key could not lock properly, another room could not be unlocked due to a dead battery, and the only elevator to the room was out of service, making the situation very inconvenient. The next day, a strong diesel smell occurred again, later explained by staff as coming from diesel generators brought in by a group. Regardless of the reason, once approved by the hotel, proper planning and mitigation should have been in place to prevent guest discomfort. Overall, these issues significantly reduced the quality of the stay.

Fantastic scenery, hospitable staffs and clean rooms! There’s a spa and restaurant within the hotel. Bonus: the variety for breakfast is vast and delicious.
