Great stay at The Botanica Sanctuary Puncak. Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities and a relaxing atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious with good variety, and the location is perfect — cool weather, scenic views, and close to attractions. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway.

Nice stay at this hotel. I stayed for two nights, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The main downside was the limited dining options. The hotel is close to Taman Safari, but the location is affected by the Puncak traffic system with alternating road closures.

Dirty bed sheets. Kettle broken and leaking. Service is not good. Need much improvement on the customer service
