Taman Safari I love the air, fresh and cold. This is my fav hotel 😀. You need to pay 170 to Tsi when we stay on Safari Resort..

This hotel gives you modern comfort amidst nature since it is located inside Taman Safari Indonesia. It also has direct access to the TSI and very convenient for our trip with the kids. The booking comes with delicious breakfast buffet. Definitely will come back for more.

Throughout my stay, the resort's attentive staff ensured my comfort and well-being. Their warm hospitality and genuine care contributed significantly to the overall positive experience. From the front desk staff to the restaurant servers, everyone went the extra mile to ensure I had a memorable stay.

Very comfy and very nature ambience, had a great holiday with family staying at this resort, especially the tree house.

Good location (inside Taman Safari Park) but it is a bit pricey considering room condition was not that great.

Everything is highly recommended. I suggest that those who want to go here have an ATM balance because all transactions are non-cash except for entrance tickets.

Its beyond our expectation...overall experience was amazing and so much fun. Staying in the caravan was very comfort and romantic, would love to comback again  The surrounding was like living in the elves village just like rivendell from lord of the rings. The comfort was blend perfectfully with the forest nature  The animal riding such as pony and camel brings lots of fun and experiences for the kids

Please bear me with detailed review and our experience  First thing first --＞ The restaurant staff has ZERO knowledge of what are the ingredients of the dishes and neither they display it correctly ... My father & mother has been living in Indonesia for last 25 years and we never had such an experience where after confirming with Restaurant Manager/Staff that there is NO BEEF/PORK in the nasi goreng , we served in our plates and after having couple of spoons of Nasi Goreng , we were shocked to see BEEF pieces in Nasi Goreng. This has seriously hurt our religious beliefs and the response we got was IGNORING Sorry :(  Second --＞ The rooms must have definitely seen beautiful days but not anymore. - There is strong smell coming from bathroom and we have even got our room changed but no luck. - The dustbin has no covers. - The bedsheets and pillow covers had stains all over. - There is no fan so after they make up the room the floor will be slippery for a long time and my 2.9 year old kid fell down as well luckily not hurt.  Third --＞ Our room was not made up on the 2nd day and after we complained to reception, they housekeeping staff did make our room.  The positives on other side is -  - Location - Location And Location  You also get an discount to Taman Safari if you stay in this resort.  I very well understand that this is not a star hotel/resort but I was expecting a good and sincere service. But this resort service didnt meet my expectations.  Happy Travelling

If you stay here you will have the privilege to buy the ticket to Safari Garden with the discount price, and your ticket will be valid for 2 days if you stay for 1 night, or 3 days if you stay 2 nights. The beakfast was great, has many choices of foods and taste good. If you come on Saturday, don't miss the Safari night.
