It was because the guest room was cleaned after I finished breakfast. I saw that he left the bed sheet and quilt cover on my suitcase. ”My suitcase was checked in by plane and the suitcase coat was lost, so I picked up my luggage at Dubai Airport. I found it was gone when I was there! It must have something to do with the airport’s ground handling service! I’m very dissatisfied.”
Of course I couldn't help but lose my temper! Because when the museum called a local taxi, their local driver was very rude to direct me to get the address, and the seat required me to sit in the back! And I've told him it's just 3 minutes away. I can see that he said he didn't know how to get there, and asked me to sit in the car behind, who knew that the driver behind got out of the car and had a dispute with him. I became a veritable punching bag!
In addition, the environment of the hotel is excellent, and the location is also very good. It is 2 minutes by car from the Cultural Oriental Hotel, and the Government House is also within easy reach. The view of the hotel is very positive, you can enjoy multiple buildings at 180 and they are clearly visible. A major selling point of Shishu Hotel👍

We attended our son's wedding at the Fairmont Bab Al Bahr during the second week of March. The hotel is a beautiful resort property, with great amenities and a wonderful view of the Grand Mosque. What set this hotel apart is the superb service and care provided by the entire staff at Fairmont over the duration of our stay. With more than a hundred guests in our collective party, they managed to make everyone comfortable and well cared for. From the reception to the concierge to the wait staff in the restaurants to housekeeping, everyone was attentive and friendly. While it is always hard to remember every name - and one inevitably leaves someone out - we do want to especially recognize Fidan Aghayeva (Restaurant Manager) and her team, Cyril Anne Amorato (Assistant Sales Manager) and her team, Zahid, Jose, Rajeev, Tariq, Joshua, Raymond, Roy, Serian, and so many more. Thank you all for taking such good care of us! We will definitely recommend Fairmont Bab Al Bahr hotel to our friends and family.

I went just to have some drinks to the club on 2nd floor it was Indian it was really nice but after I want to try some other outlets it’s really terrible I went to to the r floor it was also Indian bar but they were playing the songs as from who they gets the tips or money u can say the rest they were ignoring after I went to the 1 floor as I got told one of the staff that it’s open but after I went there they ask me for the table charge even after ask another guy he show me the table without telling me about the tables charge because it’s even doesn’t exit it make me feel that they just want to make mony there Overall it was really disgusting experience

Service of Novotel is not stable… some times you get good service some times not…
After a while out of town, I stayed in Novotel for one night again.
I called for more water after check in as I knew myself I could finish 1L of water in 2 hours.
When the house keeper came, he asked me for the empty bottle with which they used to fill in water before he could give me new one with water.
I understand some ppl might wanna take their bottle but come on! If that’s the concern of the hotel, ask the guest for deposit for the bottle then! If anyone ever take it, deduct the money from the deposit.
It is no sense to “protect the environment” while keeping your guests thirsty! And it would also rise concerns for me how these bottles are being cleaned?!

We celebrated our anniversary and it was wonderful. The booking and check-in were smooth, and our room was clean and comfortable with great amenities. We enjoyed the rooftop pool, and the restaurant served delicious food. The staff made our stay special with a beautifully decorated room. Overall, Aloft Abu Dhabi provided excellent service and luxurious amenities. Highly recommended for a special getaway.

GGuest UserThis is a review long overdue. Visited the hotel about 2 weeks ago and I've been meaning to write this review ever since. This stay was actually a competition I had won via Instagram. I have visited and reviewed many hotels in the UAE and the Shangri-La definitely ranks in my top luxurious hotel stays yet. I would like to thank Intan, the very polite lady who checked us in. Intan definitely deserves mention without whom we probably wouldn't have had as great a time. Upon hearing that we were also celebrating a special occasion, she provided us with lounge access which was the highlight of our stay. The Shangri-La is a beautiful hotel and the service by all staff was testament to the brand. Aside from the opulence of the hotel, the superb facilities, the beautiful beach and the amazing infinity pool, the Horizon Club Lounge was just the cherry on the top. Mr Jem and Ms Berna were the most hospitable. They spoiled us beyond measure. The food at the lounge was delightful in all aspects. The food preparation and presentation was on point. Very often, food that looks so good doesn't actually parallel in taste. I can certainly say that the meals were both, beautifully presented and scrumptious at every bite too. I don't think I've ever spent more time in a hotel lounge before. Jem and Berna were both very professional and definitely deserve praise. We felt more like family than hotel patrons. The breakfast at the hotel was just another feature deserving mention. It was one of the most gourmet breakfasts and the variety was nothing short of spectacular. The Abra ride was wonderful escapism. This canal and Abra feature is just gorgeous. I honestly felt like I was in Venice. Muhammad, the Abra guide was , delightful and polite. I would also like to make mention of Carmen at reception who extended our check out and to the breakfast team who really went out of their way to ensure that we had a fantastic meal. I would certainly love to visit this resort again.

GGuest UserPark Hyatt hotel earns 5 stars when it comes to service and luxury.
The reception staff were extremely polite, presentable and proactive. They gave us a turtle toy when they say we had a toddler checking in, when we asked for late checkout it was offered without hesitation or making a big fuss about it.
The pools are great but would definitely benefit from a shading system like trees or shade sails. The sun lounges were too close to each other on the pool but by the beach they were well separated.
I love that the towels are present on the lounges saves time and effort to go collect from a booth.
The beach itself was the highlight of my stay despite the water being hot due to summer season, I still enjoyed it alot.
One recommendation to make the experience a 10 out of 10 is to make a walking track on the sand to protect our poor feet from the heat as it is a long walking distance to reach the lounges and the actual beach.
The kids club needs more attention, it is tiny and messy inside. The outside area is good but too hot for summer.
I would definitely repeat my visit when prices are a bit budget friendly because when it comes to customer service the staff here definitely stand out.
I tried their buffet breakfast and the food, service and variety were excellent.
The bakery section behind the pasta bar needs to have a wider entrance to make the access easier.

Even slippers were prepared near the bed)) Very tasty and varied breakfasts, whatever was there! I recommend it even for experienced travelers)

MMarwaWe celebrated our anniversary and it was wonderful. The booking and check-in were smooth, and our room was clean and comfortable with great amenities. We enjoyed the rooftop pool, and the restaurant served delicious food. The staff made our stay special with a beautifully decorated room. Overall, Aloft Abu Dhabi provided excellent service and luxurious amenities. Highly recommended for a special getaway.

GGuest UserThe Radisson Hotel is a fantastic place to stay. Jessica and Elvie provided superb room service and kept the room tip-top along with my coffee supply. Vijay rajbhar provided excellent laundry service All of the staff at breakfast made it a very enjoyable experience (but be prepared to queue if you arrive after 9am) However the hotel warnings regarding queuing are very clear, the early arrivals, do not queue at all. The front desk staff were very helpful and courteous. The happy hour provides excellent food and drink especially Evangelino and the rest of the staff in the executive lounge Use the opportunity of their Yas beach free pass. Would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone

WWeng ThimMy recent 8-night stay at City Seasons Al Hamra Hotel was superb. The hotel's prime downtown location made exploring Abu Dhabi effortless and within 300m of the hotel, you will be spoilt for choice for cafes, convenience stores, restaurants, laundy stores and etc. For an older hotel, cleanliness was impeccable, reflecting the staff's dedication.
Service was outstanding, from the welcoming reception to the attentive restaurant staff. The highlight was the superb breakfast, offering a variety of delicious dishes with slight tweaks each day for added variety.
Overall, City Seasons Al Hamra Hotel offers a comfortable experience. Highly recommended for its superb location, cleanliness, outstanding service, and delicious breakfast offerings.

GGuest UserThe general manager of the hotel, Philistine Kharbouch, was always present and you can see his passion for maintaining the highest quality of the place. The staff that attends this hotel in all its departments knows exactly how to serve a guest well. They are always willing to help and provide comfort and convenience to the guest. Theri attitude to serve is your best ally. Congratulations. On the other hand, the location of the Hotel and its cleanliness are two additional positive factors that incline the preference for this Hotel. I will gladly return to this Hotel and highly recommend it. Finally, I would like to highlight the breakfast service, especially Krichelle, Hasna, Alwyn, Sheron, Chane and the entire team, they were very kind. Thank you.

- Abu Dhabi Radison Blue is in Yas Island and Conish, and I used it on the Conish Beach side.
- About a few years ago, it changed from Hilton to Radison Blue and renovated, the interior is stylish and nice.
*Ambience/Facilities: Good atmosphere, interior, staff, facilities
*Key points: The staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is good, the facilities, restaurants in the hotel and the tuk tuk are also next to the beach.
1. Breakfast is quite good and the staff are really friendly. The egg fries and omelettes made by yourself are so delicious and the bread is delicious.
2. There are about 5 or 6 restaurants / pubs / bars in the hotel, and Vertigo is delicious at a reasonable price (about 100,000 won per person), and there is a very high-end restaurant next to it, and the sandy beach is pretty. The lighting is so pretty (2 people 30-500,000 won).
3. The fitness center is spacious and comfortable and gorgeous.
4. Room condition was good and equipped with necessary amenities. There is no toothpaste toothbrush. No indoor slippers are provided and you ask. There's free water, there's tea rectification, there's coffee.
5. Location: 40 minutes taxi ride from Abu Dhabi Airport, 90 dirhams (about 35,000 won, 2022.10. Standard). I booked a pick-up service with the hotel concierge (apply by hotel email) 140 dirham (about 60,000 won, I think it was taxed separately because it was calculated when I checked out). As soon as I found my luggage, the driver was standing at the gate with a picket. When I arrived in Abu Dhabi, I applied for a pick-up service beyond 11 pm. I used a taxi that I took from the hotel when I returned.
6. Accessibility around: Abu Dhabi is a resort, but nearby Marina Mall (cheaply purchased on the first floor of the basement, Carrefour, gifts, etc.), Grand Mosque, Abu Dhabi Louvre Museum, Presidential Palace, It was good to be close to the Adnock Center (Oil Company National Corporation).
7. Local currency: Only Dirham, because the taxi was not desole with the US dollar, Dirham was exhausted and then exchanged money from the hotel front to Dirham. You can exchange money from Monday, except for weekends, like banks at the hotel front desk.
I went on a business trip, I couldn't use the facilities and went to the tourist spots well, but I wanted to go again and this hotel was a good place to go again. Recommended.

The outside heat is very powerful. The air conditioner inside is very powerful. Arabia knows its temperature. Entering the square is a different sky. Although the amusement park is all indoor meals. The hall and gift shop are on the right. The cartoon children's playground is Batman's Gotham City and DC Hero. Each building can go in and experience different 5D＋ 360° Skyscreen Advanced service is very good. There is no extra charge for all kinds of photos. Basic workdays are not queued for each project. It is worth a visit.

You can enter the main square. 5 entrances can enter the play separately. The seal performance is still good. The penguin world needs thick clothes. It is too cold. The staff are standing in down jackets. The children's playground also has a roller coaster jumping machine. The most shocking thing is Liu Yifei's 20-meter aquarium glass aquarium escalator. It is worth a compact park for 3 to 4 hours.
