"a chic spa hotel in the resort city of Jermuk. hotel is big, beautiful, it is not new but cozy, clean and no odor. very friendly and always ready to help hotel staff. large rooms with French balconies. snow towels and bedroom lingerie. truth pillows are very soft. a large spa complex with a huge pool, barbers, big jacuzzi. truth would like a little warmer water in jacuzzi. delicious and diverse breakfasts in a spacious restaurant. hotel is very worthy!"
