We had our 50-jbitched mature meeting in this hotel, the signs sounded good, the service (reception and restaurant) was very good and very attentive. But several things were to be missed: 1. One dinner on Saturday night only there were 18 people (although there was a advertising on the day of 10 people), the quality of the buffet was modest (swine breads almost cold, salmon filet dead and hard), Only the vegetarian dish and the desserts were good. 2. A white wine spray with every amount of vine in the glass was not exchanged despite the complaint. (I have not experienced anywhere yet!!) 3. In my bathroom, the soap donor was on the ground (illustrably the wall was defect). 4. If you are loaded by an e-car, you have to go to the garage, pay the electricity and extra EUR 10 garage fee. All in all for a 4-Stern-Haus just satisfactory, but not more!!

Sebbene non c siano molte attrazioni, noi c siamo stati di passaggio per andare a vienna , l'hotel ha tutto e do il massimo dei voti per la gentilezza e disponibilità del personale. Io e il mio ragazzo eravamp in ritardo per la cena ma gentilmente ci hanno fatto trovare 2 piatti caldi e buonissimi! Colazione internazionale e abbondante, le marmellate sono eccezionali!

As far as the room goes, it was fine, clean, albeit a little basic for this price point. Bed was a little hard and furniture needs updating. Disappointing parking is charged (8 EUR) considering the location. However, main issue and reason for this poor review is down to the frankly rude and abrupt receptionist when checking out. All down to a dispute over meal charges. When seated in the restaurant I asked the server if there was a set menu etc. for my dinner included room rate, she wasn't sure but would check. 20mins later I eventually got an answer that I could order from the set menu or a la carte, surprised I double checked this and she again confirmed whatever the bill amount it would be deducted from my bill at check out. Meal itself was ok if nothing special but the service was incredibly slow for a half empty restaurant. At check out I was then presented the bill for last nights meal, I politely stated my room had dinner included and received a response of 'NO, you must pay'. I then showed my email confirmation with 'dinner included' and ensued a near 20min battle with the receptionist. Who eventually said ok we deducted 35 EUR but you must pay the rest. I told her I'd checked this with the server and round in circles we went. Eventually after a huge amount of frustration she slung my bill at me and said 'ok, goodbye'. Very poor customer service, I won't be staying again!

My husband was born in Austria and grew up in Leoben. This hotel is awful. The beds are good, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is decent and the location is quiet. It was probably 3 am, and I'd had enough. I reached for a phone to call the front desk but there was no phone. I dressed and went downstairs for help, but no one was there. I checked the refrigerator, not it, opened the window, turned off the air-conditioner, not it. I went back to bed and stacked again as many pillows as could be found over my head to cover my ears as much as possible but got no relief. There was a sound, a terrible intermittent sound lasting the night long and into the morning. A sound that is probably still there. A low tonal vibration for five seconds every 30 seconds. A relentlessly, tortuously, repetitive noise loud enough to penetrate the pillows, penetrate the mind, and drive a sane person mad. And on and on and on, and when it was possible to inform the front desk, an arrogant, little snip had the temerity to take me outside onto the sidewalk, outside onto the street, point to an exterior placard placed as advertisement, and said ”this is a number I should have called”. Yeah right, go outside the hotel with the security doors closing behind me at three in the morning to by chance find a number to call? Do not stay at this hotel. There are other hotels in Leoben where I have stayed and been treated nicely and respectfully and given the chance for a night's sleep without torture and a rude response. Embarrassing for Leoben.
