"The room was spacious, boasting a pleasant mountain view. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. As we stayed for two nights, we received a complimentary public transport pass. The location is superb, just a few minutes' walk from St. Anna's Column and the main shopping street. However, the 2-in-1 shampoo and shower gel wasn't great, and we found the price a bit steep."

"Super clean, quiet modern studio room with fabulous shower and comfy beds. Thoughtful planning of refurbishment. Check in was fraught as no access code had been emailed as we booked via app. Provision of breakfast had been withdrawn from listing between booking and arrival which was disappointing. Recommend."

"Excellent hotel! Really modern and fresh. Fantastic location being on the station itself and if you happen to end up in room 1 on each floor (as I did) then you're basically in the station!"

"Staff was friendly and willing to help. Both the front desk and bartender were friendly and willing to help. But the towel warmer in both rooms I booked were broken (confirmed by the staff but no one on hand to fix the problem) and despite asking for no room service, we found one of the rooms entered. Towels were added but there were noticeable brown spots on the towels, feeling very dirty."

"The hotel boasts an excellent location, right by the train station. From there, numerous bus lines connect to all parts of the city. Despite being in such a well-connected area, it's remarkably quiet. Most of the city's main tourist attractions are just a 15-minute walk away. There's a supermarket conveniently located right across from the hotel, and if it's closed, you'll find a bakery inside the train station. All in all, it's incredibly convenient."

"Hotel very close to the airport. Bus stop to the center at 50 meters, very convenient location since you can reach the city center in 5 minutes. Helpful staff and always ready to give information. Simple and comfortable rooms."

Bar:The hotel bar was another highlight of my stay. It had a cozy atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The cocktail selection was creative, and the staff was attentive and friendly, making it a great spot to relax and socialize."
