Family friendly Accomodation near the bay. Great customer focus. We were late checking in and received all info needed to access room and front security gate. Keys to room were also easily accessible. Had a problem with the heater not staying in and when spoke to staff it was fixed without fuss. Was quiet for this time of year as you would expect but had nice facilities and kid friendly activities. Cabin was neat and tidy. Bed was comfortable and no noise after dark. Only possible thing if one was to complain was ceiling fan had lots of dust and needed a clean otherwise very good Accomodation. Would recommend as a great place to stay with families.

A nice place to stay, clean, comfortable, beds were soft and comfortable. Tea facilities and free water and soft drink as a complimentary gesture. Great restaurant attached, friendly staff. We had a water view which was enjoyable, would stay again

Stayed 2 nights at Bay Breeze Motel in very small room 6 on 1 st floor, costing $710.50. Reception unattended, key left in envelope. No lift. On the positive side lovely water view, comfortable bed and pillows and walking distance to several restaurants. Toaster, electric jug and coffee maker supplied. On the negative side, combined shower, toilet and wash basin with no door. Open shower worked well but nowhere for soap dispenser, shampoo, conditioner except on the floor. There was a tiny wardrobe, very low small bedside tables with inadequate lamps. No housekeeping but extra towels left in hallway.On the plus side a short walk to restaurants including Kohli’s Waterfront Indian Restaurant, one of the best Indian restaurants we’ve been to.

On Batemans Bay, which is a self-driving drive from the coast of Sydney to Melbourne, the price I may have ordered is somewhat expensive, but the environmental hygiene is beyond my expectation. Although it is a bit like a motel but really super clean, the front desk is very kind. The Boatshed's fish and chips are especially delicious in the town. The hotel is a minute drive from the shopping center and about 15 minutes walk.

Was extremely happy with the room ,very quiet area , no sound of traffic so easy to sleep , bed was comfortable, room was nice and dark had table and chair and a sofa . Tea and coffee making facilities,, with some biscuits and plenty of milk in the room as well. Management were very helpful as we arrived late

The room is clean, the facilities are convenient, the scenery in the park is pleasant, the facilities are complete, the price is still very moderate, and there is nothing to be done. On the day of the check-in, it happened to be a wedding for the newcomers at the hotel. The layout was very beautiful. Sum up, very satisfied~

My daughter and I stayed here for a night. I really like this property and I think it gets some unfair criticism. They are obviously spending money on a refurb and this takes time, people seem to forget that the price for accommodation is all relative. We paid $130 for a night with continental breakfast and I am very happy with what we received. Our unit was clean and spacious. We had a ground floor ocean view and, I was very pleased with it. They have lovely batch products (lemon) and beautiful clean soft white fluffy towels. We stepped right out to cross the road to the ocean. Parking out the front with good lighting and easy to access, The loco is great as you can walk up to two good fish and chip shops and a very short drive to the CBD. The continental breakfast was suffice and there is an option to have hot breakkie for $10. The restaurant is relaxed and over looks the swimming pool. The pool looks beautiful. The property has loads of potential. The staff are welcoming and friendly and Lucy and Bree do a super job at making everyone feel welcome. I will definitely be returning.
