The hotel's service is very good. The front desk is very warm and friendly. The room is quite big. The bed is very comfortable. There is a balcony door to go straight. The swimming pool is very wide. There are often kangaroos playing freely on the nearby lawn. The front door is an endless vineyard. I am at the door. On the road, I photographed a kangaroo mother who was preparing to cross the road. There was also a kangaroo in the arms. The locals were very friendly to the kangaroos. They would drive the guests slow, especially when they encountered kangaroos. Slow down and confirm that they would not hurt them.

I had the pleasure of staying at this resort for one night and it was an exceptional experience. The ambiance was charming and serene, setting the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The highlight of my stay was the wine tasting session, which was expertly curated with a delightful selection of wines that catered to both novices and connoisseurs. The staff's knowledge and passion for wines were evident, making the tasting even more enjoyable. The accommodations were comfortable and well-appointed, ensuring a good night's rest. While my stay was short, it left a lasting impression, and I look forward to returning to this resort for a longer stay in the future.

Anyone would love it here. The rooms are great. The staff is lovely and very knowledgeable about the area . The restaurant is excellent. Americans (and Europeans, I presume) might love it even more though because Spicers perfectly fit my image and expectation for Australian wine country, right down to the other guests mostly being people up from Sydney rather than off an international tour bus. I could see sunsets right from our room that seemed like they were from a movie set. There are kangaroos hopping around the property, especially early in the morning when us jet lagged Americans are already wide awake. Compared to places of comparable quality in Napa Valley, the prices were very fair. And they’ll do a bag of laundry for $30, making it much easier to pack light on your long trip!

We had a son's wedding there and we stayed for 2 nights. I would like to congratulate all the staff at Spicers for their exceptional customer service, they were friendly, helpful, always had a smile and nothing was a problem all the time around the whole weekend, not just on the wedding day. a few special mentions to Rachel especially she not only worked during the whole wedding but also the next day at our recovery breakfast & everything was run very efficiently which made our day. Also, Maisie, Abbie in restaurant and all the restaurant & kitchen/bar staff & Phillip (at the front desk). The house keeping staff who were great especially near room 28 my son's room where we were having photos before the wedding ceremony, Not only were all staff fantastic with my family but all of our guests (120 guests a the wedding) and approx 60 staying at the hotel could not speak highly enough of all the staff who were very accommodating. A memorable moment was Phillip at the front desk was always so friendly & helpful. But he also remembered us always when we crossed paths and advising other staff members that we were the groom's parents. Which was lovely, thank you Everyone was amazing, I have no complaints or other feedback to improve as the quality of employees you currently have is impeccable.

Harrigan's is in the center of the wine region, the accommodation is spacious, comfortable and good value for money. The bar and restaurant are one the same site as accommodation, food is great pub grub, drinks are reasonably prices and the hotel has an expansive area for settling inside or outside. Ideal place to use as a base for tripping around during the day and settling in in the evening.

This was not my first visit to Elysia and I left feeling relaxed, refreshed and ready. The rooms are spacious with super comfortable bedding. The bathrooms are huge with heaps of vanity space to spread yourself out if you need. The view from my room was relaxing with gorgeous sunset colours each night and lots of kangaroos to watch at dusk. The restaurant served delicious meals and the waitstaff were always happy to help and smiling. Morning and afternoon tea were tasty and the mocktails are a fun way to introduce dinner. I love the big communal dining tables if that’s what you want or there are smaller tables if that’s what you prefer. The cooking demonstration was a great night and one you don’t want to miss if you are there. The daily program is great, you can do as much or as little as you want and there is no pressure to participate. I love the sunrise tai chi and the water running class they both kick start my day. The instructors are all super helpful and have great positive attitudes. The spa is so relaxing and there’s a huge range of options available. I always try to experience something I have never heard of or done plus a favourite if time permits. I can’t remember all the little things that you don’t even think of unless you are writing a review like undercover parking for your car if you drive. The veggie garden visit or the people you meet and take home as friends. The Guest Speakers, the pool oh wow love the pool! I don’t even miss the coffee, chocolate or alcohol.
