Our stay at the Minato Marriott was perfect from start to finish! The hotel staff are great and very friendly, the rooms are very comfortable and cleaned to a high standard every day. The location is great and the rooms on the club floor are great in terms of size and facilities. The hotel has a modern feel. Their club lounge is okay, but the Canap selection during cocktail hour is a bit bland.
The hotel is a bit far from the Melbourne CBD and there are trams nearby. About 10-15 minutes walk to Costco and Woolworths. The environment and facilities in the hotel are very good, you can cook by yourself, if you come again, it is highly recommended

Treasure Hotel~
I stayed in Melbourne for several days. After staying in a modern hotel for a few days, I wanted to experience the flavor of an old hotel with a sense of history. I originally wanted to book a Windsor hotel, but found that it was not convenient because it was east of the CBD. City Walk accidentally discovered this old Victorian building opposite the Southern Cross Railway Station. I placed an order in advance. I passed by the lobby the first night and asked the administrator if I could store my luggage in advance and then check in that night. The answer was no problem. , and also asked carefully about the specific requirements. It was past nine o'clock when we returned from the Great Ocean Road that day. I received a warm reception. After checking in, I wanted to pick up my luggage, only to find that help had already been sent to the room in advance. The extra bed had been laid, and there were handwritten welcome cards and candies on the table. .
The house itself is an old-fashioned apartment that is rented on a long-term basis. Each floor is an L-shaped corridor, with a total floor height of six floors. The room we booked was a loft-style suite with a kitchenette and living room. The overall facility decoration is relatively old, but very clean and tidy. There is a swimming pool, restaurant and small library on the ground floor.
I personally feel that the price is reasonable and the transportation is convenient. It is suitable for those who want to experience the old-fashioned style and do not have particularly high requirements for accommodation conditions.

Location is very good because it is just next to a stop on the free tram system. There are shops and supermarkets nearby and some restaurants. You can also easily walk to the CBD, river and Southern Cross Station. It is relatively large and has plenty of amenities. The only negative was that the soft chairs are covered in highly visible greasy food and drinks stains. They should either use a faux leather or something or throws that can be washed. Also there seemed to be a huge excess of bedding which got tangled and uncomfortable. A simple duvet, sheet and two pillows would be better in my opinion. But otherwise, all good!

The location is right on the edge of the city center, lively and quiet, the environment is good. However, the front desk is not in the same place as the apartment and needs to be found, so it is best to know some English. In addition, the house is separated by a partition, the sound insulation effect is not very good, the party is opened next door, and it is very loud.

Check-in on the first floor, after entering the room, the room is strange, I don’t want to sit low and change the room immediately, it’s not wrong, change the 11th floor, the view feels comfortable, the kitchen utensils are relatively old, the decoration is generally the same, the scenery is good~

With a stay at this apartment in Melbourne (Docklands), you'll be a 4-minute walk from Collins Street and 11 minutes by foot from Marvel Stadium. This apartment is 0.7 mi (1.1 km) from Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre and 1.2 mi (1.9 km) from Crown Casino.
Enjoy recreation amenities such as a fitness center or take in the view from a garden.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned apartment, featuring a kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator/freezer and an oven. There's a private balcony. A flat-screen television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a laptop-compatible safe and a desk.
The location of the apartment is very good, it is close to the free light rail of public transportation, and there is a large supermarket nearby, and it is a sea view room. It has convenient living, convenient transportation, beautiful environment, and complete facilities in the apartment. , Pots, pans, cups and more. The only problem is that I haven't arrived in the apartment yet, and haven't checked in yet. The credit card authorization deposit was inexplicably deducted AUD 500. This really surprised me. Fortunately, after arriving at the apartment, the front desk informed that there would be no problem when checking out and it would be refunded.

The one-bedroom apartment I originally booked was upgraded to a three-bedroom apartment (actually a two-bedroom and one-studio) without any notice. The original one-bedroom was very cheap. The kitchen is a rare gas stove in an Australian hotel apartment, which is convenient for cooking. The swimming pool is small, but there is a 25 meter walkway, and there is a spa, sauna, and the night view of the Yarra River is also beautiful, which is really good value. The traffic is normal. It is close to the Southern Cross Station, but it is far from Federation Square, which means that it is not close to Chinatown and the main shopping area. It is close to the office area, which is suitable for business trips. The only pity is that its front office is beside a turntable, and there is no place to park for free around it. The only parking spaces that can be seen are also for the police. In this way, after you drive out of the garage, returning the keys is a very crazy thing. I don't know if anyone else solved it. I parked the car on the turntable, rushed in, threw the key and ran. . . . . . Too embarrassing. Check-in also has this problem, because its garage requires a key to go in. It can't be like other hotels. Stop in and then go out to check in. But if you do n’t check in, you do n’t have the key. . . .

Traveling as a group of 2 mothers and 2 daughters (late teens), the 2 BR Executive suite was perfect. The apartment was clean, bright, spacious and just so comfortable.
We will definitely use again.
The staff were attentive and friendly, and even called me a few days before our stay to ask about bedding configurations, whether we needed a car park, and a few other details.

GGuest UserThe hotel is new and clean. The lobby has a light floral fragrance. The environment is elegant, fashionable, comfortable and feels like home. The service staff are sincere and courteous. The location is in the city center and there is a tram downstairs. There is a large open-air parking lot within a 5-minute walk, which is convenient for self-driving tours. The parking lot is isolated and serves Chinese food all night long. It tastes very good and is delicious. It also has a large supermarket and different coffee shops. The food shop Crab is great and the life is great. All your needs are solved in one stop. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite is just right. It is newly decorated and has a sense of space. All furniture, electrical appliances and utensils are available. The extra bed can accommodate five people. The hotel is very cost-effective.
PPhoebenguyen4798It was a good experience, we stayed 2 nights in this hotel. The hotel is pretty new, located in Dockland ( last stop of the free tram zone), only take 20 minutes to city by free tram, great saving of transportation.
We got 2 Queen bed room for 3 peoples, free water, free coffee. Also had swimming pool and gym located in level 6
Highly recommend place for people who want to travel around Melbourne cbd
GGuest UserIt's in an excellent location for us travelling for ice hockey. It has big grocery stores and tram stations within a few minutes walk. Also it has multiple food options within walking distance in the area. This time the accommodation wasn't all that clean including cutleries, glasses and cupboards. However with the very reasonable price with a lot of boxes ticked, I still would highly recommend this place.
MmomoakiThe entrance of the hotel is actually on the side of the road, sharing the same door with a restaurant. As a result, we didn't realize that we had made a big circle. The front desk service was very good and they even helped print some materials for free. When you go out of the hotel, turn left and you can go to the seaside pier. It's nice to go for a run and look at the sea.

GGuest UserThe environment and location are very good, the facilities in the house are also complete, and the space is sufficient. The cleanliness of the house needs to be improved, the floor is dusty, and the bathtub is not clean and has stains. Shopping in the apartment is very convenient. There is a supermarket just two blocks away. I will consider this place again next time I travel. It feels like living at home.
NNgoc BichThe hotel is beyond my expectation. Location is superb, just within few minute walk to Southern Cross Station, which is super comfy for transit. The staff was very nice and friendly. I checked in quite late at night and the receptionist kindly helped me carry my heavy luggages upstairs. Room is spacious and well-furnished. There are also a microwave & a small fridge with plates and forks available in the room. Bathroom is also well-equipped and tidy. I'm very satisfied with Travelodge and will definitely come back once travelling in Melbourne.
