We often stay at Karuah Gardens motel. It is our go to stop on a trip between home and Sydney or back. Damian, the owner, is always helpful and friendly. We love this motel with its quirky decorations. It is clean and comfortable and you can eat in your room, with your own food or visit the many eateries in Karuah. We often by supplies at the the local supermarket or enjoy a meal at the RSL.

Very pleasant stay. Clean, well-equipped (tissues, shampoo, towels and face washer, etc.). Not super roomy but quite adequate; had desk and small table and chairs. Comfortable bed. I will stay there again when in Karuah.

The motel was extremely clean. The bed was comfortable. The room was small but ok for 1 night stay.
The location was great. easy to find and near the river. Across the road from the RSL which had the best Chinese food we have had in ages!
We would definitely use it as a transit motel again.

Lovely 2 bedroom cabin with separate ensuites. Full kitchen and lounge area with nice wide balcony with a day bed. Couldn't be happier. Quite corner on soldiers point peninsula. Receptionist was lovely. Very much enjoyed our stay. Comfy beds and clean sheets. Very nice indeed.

We had never visited Lemon Tree Passage before and we were a bit sceptical, however, we were absolutely delighted with our find. Lillian and Jason do an amazing job, they have owned this motel for approximately 3 years now and have 3 small children, 1 five and twins aged 3. During this time they have managed to completely refurbish the motel to what I would call a five star standard. The bathroom is simply stunning and the kitchenette is extremely clean and nice. Everything has been catered for and nothing is too much trouble for them. Having the bowling club next door is an added bonus and we visited there for dinner. The meal was lovely and at $15 for a rump steak, salad and chips there were no complaints. I can't recommend this motel enough.

We stayed in a couple of cabins for several days and found them to be clean and comfortable. The amenaties throughout the park are designed to keep the kids occupied with indoor and outdoor pools, as well as other games rooms etc. The mobile telephone coverage is average at best as is the parks wifi, especially when everyone gets up in the mrorning, so take as book and relax, as you should!
