"The strange thing is that there were 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms,
but only 1 room and 1 bathroom were actually usable.
(There was a sign saying not to use.)
Please note that the reception closes at 5pm, so check in before then.
On Trip.com, you can only check the reception hours in the details after payment, but when I actually went there, I was surprised to see that the reception was closed.
(On the main screen, it only says check-in after 2pm.)
Mooloolaba Beach is close."
"Absolutely high standard Hotel, relaxed atmosphere and very close to Buddina beach as “closer” would be meaning right on the water! The room was very clean spacious and nothing missing. If you compare it to a five star hotel I personally really enjoyed it. Rachel really helped me on self checking in organising it throughout the Phone. The room was well soundproofed and **** available fridge kettle and also tea and coffee we’re available to be made. Shampoo conditioner and shower gel were all of high grade and above all the bed was very comfortable, including the pillows. thank you for everything"
"Clean and well located! Love how close to the beach this accomdation is located!
Staff are very friendly and very helpful.
Equipment and cabin can be alittle old but overall very well maintained and clean."
"It's a nice place. The neighborhood is quiet and the room is very clean. Opposite is the ALDI supermarket and many places to eat. Because of Christmas, check-in and check-out are unattended and self-service, which is also very convenient. In the future Come again."
"Arrived later than 5pm and was able to check smoothly as well with instructions given. Carpark is ok but abit tight for large vehicles. Rooms are clean though bathrooms abit small and water temperature is abit hard to control. No amenities like bathroom slippers or dental kits provided which is disappointing given the expensive rate. Left a charger in room and managed to get it back few days later, amazing service!
Ok last but not least the ocean view is mind blowing! "
"The environment is OK, long time from the beach, free parking, just a few minutes away, the staff is friendly. It just rained for a few days, and the sound of rain on the glass at night was too loud. The swimming pool was a little small and there were only two fitness equipment. Cost-effective"
"Very well priced for what is on offer, service was amazing, cleanliness was great, amenities and outdoor areas were also great and inviting. Also great that you can bring your dog if it's a smaller breed ! Also great that fresh towels were provided daily without having to ask ! Great job guys will definitely be back ! "
"Location is great, however our room (on level 1) overlooked the back / side streets of the hotel and the noise from garbage trucks / children below screaming in their hot tub / roadworks etc., was really loud and started early in the morning and woke us up. Facilities were good - small kitchenette, newly renovated bathroom, 2 x bedrooms, nice 'lounge area' and a lovely balcony - the noise was just a real nuisance. We also had a problem with the water overflowing outside one of the bedrooms late at night, which warranted us contacting the owners to take a look. Gushing noise was right near the bedhead of the bed and we were unable to sleep. Problem was rectified quickly and owners were grateful for being advised of the problem. I've stayed here before but stayed in a 2 bedroom unit overlooking the marina and surf club - much nicer room, further up, less noise. Owners are lovely people to chat with and helpful with information / directions as well. Pool was lovely (cold), spa was lovely and warm. Didn't partake in any food at the hotel during our stay, so can't comment on that. Short of trying to cut back some of the noise from the back streets - it was a pleasant visit."
"No information provided before booking about the pool and kids games room being under construction.
Our room had a great view of a concrete slab that slightly resembled a pool. Whilst looking into the neighbouring resort that had a nice pool.
Having two boys aged 8 and 10 and showing them photos of where we were staying only to arrive and find out we couldn’t even go for a swim in the pool was very disappointing.
Paid the extra money to stay there just because they had a nice pool and games room. Receptionist was unavailable and useless. Couldn’t even provide a second key let alone a parking spot for our room. Wouldn’t stay there again."
"The staff at reception were amazing, the apartment was lovely & clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Gorgeous view from the balcony overlooking the ocean. Lots of free parking around the hotel if your car is too high to fit in the understory car park!"
