"The hotel is in an excellent location, situated in a newly developed, upscale business district. It feels very safe and quiet at night with no suspicious characters around, and is also very easy to find when driving. The hotel itself is quite new. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, and we even received a complimentary welcome drink. The hotel's interior is newly renovated. For both business travelers and those on a simple leisure trip, the rooms are well-designed with excellent facilities, perfectly meeting the standards of a good business hotel. For dining, there are options on the hotel's 3rd floor, or on the ground floor and in the industrial park directly behind the hotel. However, the eateries in the service park close quite early. Only a burger place on the ground floor might remain open until 8 PM - 9 PM. Outdoor parking is free overnight but incurs a charge in the morning. While guests can use the hotel's underground parking, there's no direct elevator access to the hotel. You need to exit the garage, walk to the street, then turn right twice to reach the main hotel entrance. Even if you park in Zone C, which is closer to the entrance, taking the elevator up to the industrial park's platform will still require you to walk back down to the hotel, which is inconvenient. Public transportation is sparse around the hotel, so having a car is definitely recommended. It's very convenient for drivers, as you can quickly access the highway from here to reach King's Park or other attractions. For fast food like McDonald's or KFC, you'll need to drive a couple of kilometers to a small service area where they are located. My primary reason for choosing this hotel was its location outside the city center. This perfectly met my environmental preferences: it's not noisy, and there are no homeless individuals or the chaotic atmosphere of an old bar district around. The hotel feels like an integral part of this commercial service area, with a hospital conveniently located across the street. Overall, it's a great option for those with their own transport. The only minor inconvenience was the complimentary bottled water, which comes in glass bottles with extremely difficult-to-open caps. I'd highly recommend asking a staff member to open them for you, unless you're particularly skilled at it, to avoid potentially hurting your hand."

"Location was great! Short 10min drive to frementle. Many supermarkets and eateries in the vicinity too. Room was no frills but sufficient for us, just that the freezer wasn't cold enough. We also appreciate the simple breakfast prepared by the staff. Had a great stay all in all :)"

"This is a bouquet hotel, not very fancy but with all the essentials you need. Room is cozy and clean. Just to remind everyone that the address of the hotel is #30, not #32. I was struggling to check in #32 on the night until I found it was actually #30 on that street. Front desk staff was friendly and accommodated me a late check out. Worth the money paid."

"Really unique heritage hotel. Comfortable large room and excellent Gimlet bar with bespoke gin cocktails. Bartender made me a drink even though bar already closed for the day. Luxurious apelles bath products available for purchase below retail price. You get a lot of bang for your buck with free minibar (w beer and wine), welcome cocktails at Gimlet and a mini but high quality brekkie."

"The room was very clean and well-maintained, but there was no air conditioning and it was very muggy. I also stayed on a Friday night, but the bar was noisy until midnight and I couldn't sleep even with the windows closed. The staff were friendly and kind, and the welcome drink was delicious! Shampoo and other amenities were provided, but there was no hair dryer, which may be a problem for women. There is no elevator, so it may be a bit difficult for those with heavy luggage."

"Breakfast is simple but adequate. The environment is good, the scenery outside the window is very good, I set the executive two-bedroom. The waiter was very nice. Free washing machine and dryer, put a piece of paper in your room every day with the laundry room entrance code for the swimming pool. Go to the round house, market, Mouse Island Pier, and children's places are close, within 3 kilometers"
