Facilities: The facilities are very new.
Cleanliness: The room is spacious, clean, and tidy, with a huge floor-to-ceiling window and balcony.
Environment: The environment is great, very close to the city center, convenient for going anywhere.
Service: The service is excellent, and the front desk staff are very welcoming."

"Very conveniently located close to Roma St Station (5mins walk) for trains - including trains to the airport.
Rooms are well-equipped and clean and the receptionist is very helpful. There are no communal areas in the hotel. Note that check-in closes at 8pm."

"The location is a major plus, very close to Central Station (within walking distance) and not far from the long-distance bus terminal (a $7-8 Didi ride). It's also quite convenient for shopping in the city.
The service was decent. There was a Chinese-speaking front desk staff during the day, though I'm not sure if they spoke Mandarin as we communicated entirely in English. In the evenings, the front desk was staffed by Indian colleagues, who were also good, just spoke a bit fast. Their attitude was very friendly.
Breakfast was a buffet, and the offerings varied slightly each day. Items were replenished fairly quickly, though the staff were quite busy, making communication not always easy.
Overall, it offers good value for money.
Toothbrushes and slippers were not provided, but toiletries were. For charging, only USB and Australian plugs were available.
Guests come from all over the world, with a good number from Taiwan and Korea. Hope this review helps!"

"Decided to have a 5 stars hotel back from Gold Coast. Knowingly that Brisbane is with steep streets but not prepared with my recent TKR, it is really challenging to ”steep” up to the hotel with luggage and pulling myself up and down twice in a day. Other than that, all good. Perhaps can have some more information on the hotel profile, especially for middle-age couples (above 55)."

"Check-in was smooth, but I requested a quiet room as I needed rest for a test, and was given a room right in front of the elevator. It was very noisy all night and I couldn’t sleep.
The room also had a connecting door to the next room, which could not be opened from my side but made me feel unsafe, as I was unsure if it could be opened from the other side. Overall, not a comfortable stay."

"This is a good, clean hotel. The hotel management is incredibly hospitable, highly professional, and efficient, always quick to resolve any unexpected issues guests might encounter. The Wi-Fi works perfectly. All services advertised by the hotel are indeed provided. The hotel dining area offers complimentary 24/7 access to excellent coffee, sugar, milk, and cereal with raisins. It's a convenient 25-minute journey to the city center, and public transport runs reliably without delays. There's an artificial sandy beach right in the city center. For a change of scenery, a fantastic beach awaits in Gold Coast, just a 2-hour train ride away."

"The hotel locates in the heart of the city, and easily accessible to everywhere. However, beware if you are driving in, as the layout of their car park is weird and you have to be extra mindful when doing the parking."

"Stayed here for 2 nights. Reception staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The room was clean and tidy. The food at G floor was delicious and reasonably priced (had the lunch deal). Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.
The downsides are that,
1) the hotel is situated on top of a hill and getting there on foot with luggage wasn't great (budget traveller). I definitely would recommend uber-ing there despite its prime location to the city central, especially if you've got heavy or lots of luggage.
2) the walls are relatively thin and in the wee hours of the morning, I heard people running around the hallway and talking loudly which woke me up from my sleep (and I'm not a light sleeper). On another separate occasion, I also overheard a conversation from the next-door occupant, who was speaking loudly over the phone for over an hour. A little annoyed by the noise but otherwise everything else was a good experience!"

"Super friendly and accommodating service. We had to book lat minute, all details were sent through promptly. The apartment had everything you could need and a number to call if any issues. Loved there was a tv in the main bedroom of our 2brm apt. Will book again."

"The place was clean, and has most of the things you need. Location was very slightly inconvenient as it is some walking distance from where the shops are. Nevertheless it is still quite ok, especially with the price paid - value for money. Would still consider this hotel for my next visit."
