"Hotel is clean and well maintained however they do not have concierge services post 8pm, not sure if this is normal. I came across for the first time. They did not serve breakfast at Butter Factory as indicated on their website. It was in a small area near the reception with limited continental options mostly cold with microwave available to heat items as needed. We didn't eat despite paying for it so i cant comment on quality. It would be good if hotel updates its website to indicate this information so people can make an informed decision."
"The service from the receptionist (Kavi) is excellent, expecting a hot tub/ spa in the king studio all the way to Traralgon, however we only knew it doesn’t have any spa or hot tub included although it was stated on their website 🥲 other than that, the room is spacious and comfortable, the food is great as well"
"The hotel is on the left side of the road, but it takes a circle to get in. When we arrived at more than 5 pm, the hotel had no staff. There is a phone number on the door. For English-speaking people, you can call to know where the key is placed. We don’t understand English. Fortunately, we met an enthusiastic elderly person who came to stay. Help us call. Finally, I got the key under the floor mat at the door and checked out the next day. I found out that there was a double floor mat at the door of our room. Probably the boss knew that we were foreigners and didn't put the key in the password box. The room has a big bed, a small bed, a microwave, a refrigerator. The bedding and towels are very clean."
"The place was clean and easy enough to find, bed is comfortable and has air conditioning : heating in room and very quiet, if you’re going to stay and you have a bit of luggage ask when booking for a ground floor otherwise you’ll have to lug it up 18 steps, extra blanket if required and has electric blankets fitted no clock radio so bring your own, TV works fine, the only drawback I had was I had previously sent 2 emails asking if I could check in early and never got an answer, nice place and staff member also has a pool and saw a room about their being a restaurant but was told nothing about that, I was in a upstairs room and no noise from others and just a couple of trucks passing by earlier hours but overall fairly quiet."
"The acting manager was very chatty and helpful. Loved the breakfast. All linen etc clean but sadly room 12 needed a spring clean. Curtains, two seater and bathroom skirting board etc needed a good going over. Grubby!!! "
"Cost-effective, light and clean with heating; the reception desk checks in quickly; the wrong toilet system is relatively fine but the problem is not big.
The lack of bed is too soft, the train sound is passed into the room all night, it affects sleep, WiFi is weak. It is worth staying for one and a half nights."
"What it looks like in website is not what it is when you be there,
Most of the kids play was close
Could not charge my ev on site it was just normal plug in…
Need to update website and venue"
