1. Check-in was very fast, it only took 15 minutes to find the check-in front desk. If you are staying at this hotel, drive outside and only see the entrance of the restaurant when you come in. Go in from the restaurant and ask the waiter and they will direct you to the front desk!
2. The facilities are not the latest but they are very stylish. The corridor before entering the room is beautifully decorated, and the room is also very unique and clean. The restaurant downstairs does not disturb the accommodation area at all. The hot water is great. There is a heater.
3. Breakfast is provided, you must eat it, it is very delicious! It can be eaten for lunch, it tastes better than many outside restaurantsš„¹š„¹
4. The environment is great, and you can ask the store in advance when there will be activities. We only passed by for one night, and when we left, we found out that there was a music festival the night beforeš„¹š„¹ It is a store that includes food, accommodation and entertainment. I will definitely do it next time I have the opportunity. Would go again!

First time at this park and it's location is just perfect. Entry at night can be a bit tricky as it's not well lit. We stayed in a ocean view cabin and it's location and view to ocean was fantastic. The cabin however was somewhat disappointing, on the plus it was clean with a great a/c heater, comfy bed with loads of extra blankets and pillows and nice little porch to sit out on and enjoy the sunsets. The negatives was that it was very dated, no lounge area, TV mounted high on the kitchen wall, uncomfortable chairs and a tad dated. The worst was that the curtains didn't close properly in any room especially the bedroom with the window backing onto the rest of the park. Was it value for money and would we stay there again - yes and sure would, we'd just go a little more prepared.
Very Good

My friends and I rented all 8 apartments for a week for my low key birthday celebrations with our children earlier this month. Kids ages ranged from 8months to 14years old. Premalaya exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be returning soon. The communal area was so homely and perfect to gather around the 2 fireplaces for meals. The noise could not be heard in the apartments from the communal area which was perfect for our sleeping babies. The reception for our baby monitors was hit and miss in the communal area so we put the volume up high and placed the monitors as close to the communal area as we could - it worked well in the end and I was confident our bubs were safe and sleeping soundly. It had a farmstay feel with horses and sheep freely roaming. Thereās a dam on the property which I was concerned about prior to my visit but we had no issues as our kids gravitated to playing on the other side of the building where the basket ball hoop is. Plus the dam is easily seen from the communal area so it made it very easy to keep an eye on things. Iona and Hayley promptly and professionally dealt with all my groups admin concerns prior to check in which made our entire experience smooth and simple. Hayley and her family are so welcoming and just lovely people in general. Their kids made our kids feel at home straight away and they were all playing on their trampoline within a minutes of check in. I would love to come back to experience the other side of Premalaya, being a health & wellness retreat. It definitely had a calming effect on everyone despite our groups purpose being more of a large catch up rather than a peaceful escape! Well done Hayley and team on creating a venue filled with such love and care. Your attention to detail was much appreciated.

This was an amazing surprise. Fantastic accommodation that was extremely comfortable and very spacious. We were staying in an apartment and we could not fault it. It was clean, cozy and extremely comfortable. It had everything you could require for a comfortable, free and easy stay. A great location and base for visiting great beaches and the greater Margaret River region.
Excellent location, lovely hosts and superb room with balcony - a total chilling stay walking distance to a beautiful, safe beach and close to a golf course where one evening we counted 60 (yes 60!) large, small, old and young kangaroos feeding. Very near to other locations worth visiting- ask Serge for advice. Many, many thanks and when next we come back to W.Aus, we will be booking once we have confirmed dates. Many, many thanks! amazing location and nice hotel. but the hotel is clearly very stingy on staff. there is not enough and the ones they have are not at all qualified or experienced to provide the service one would expect for the price and a hotel like this. most of the employees are on working holiday visa and itās very obvious that they only do this job to make some money and not to make a career, so there is a huge lack of service (canāt really blame the staff, since they simply donāt know better and no one teaches them). we also had no wifi in our room and it took them 3 days to come up with the idea to share the wifi egg that they haveā¦. also several times there was a power outage at the hotel.
overall, as nice the location and the hotel is, i would not go back, since the service is at best equivalent to a hostelā¦
Peaceful, quiet and beautiful retreat venue! When we first checked in at night, there were wild kangaroos in the area. The 2 bedroom king chalet is spacious and comfortable with great kitchen facilities. The TV supports netflix streaming and there is an outdoor table where we can dine outside which is useful when we went out to view the stars at night. Woody Nooks vineyard is nearby for wine tasting!
Dragged the caravan (The anchor)out of mothballs after 12 years and decided on Busselton for our test run from Perth. An easy cruise along the highway with no big hills or tiny, bendy roads. 2 adults. Powered, ensuite site. 5 nights Chose RAC Caravan Park Busselton for the ideal location (and member discount). It's only 10 minutes from Busselton township for regular shopping stuff. We've stayed at Busselton previously so didn't need to be close to tourist stuff. The location made the trip to Margaret River and other South West tourist spots that bit closer and quicker when driving. The park itself was ideal. Off peak season so it wasn't crowded. Of the ammenities we used, they were all kept well maintained and clean, tidy. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Loss of Hot water was quickly resolved with a gas tank change. There seems to be lots of stuff to keep kids occupied. Hint.. if you book an ensuite site, they are all reverse in parking. Ask for an even number. This puts your caravan door next to the ensuite door
