Good base camp next to Brussels Midi station. The lady that works the day shift is friendly, the guy on nights was not. Ok for a brief stay if you are not spending most of your time in the room. Room was quite but pipes made some noise from other rooms. Cant complain for a one nights stay with train connections but if you are staying several days then may want to look around some more.
Very pleasant and cozy apart-hotel, 7 minutes walk from Brussels-Midi train station. Supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, as well as metro and tram. Everything is crystal clear, fast internet, all the necessary utilities are available in the kitchen for cooking. Separately, I want to emphasize the attentiveness and willingness to help from the staff. We were allowed to check in later than our booking policy and then we were allowed to check out an hour later than our booking policy. Considering that we were with children, these moments were important for us.
In family, we eat in this meat-specialized restaurant , , for my part I chose a square of sheep, cooking perfectly, and well soft. and for the dessert a excellent baklavas, ,a remake

Similar to the group rental of the homestay ➕, there is no signboard outside, and I can't find it at first. There is no spacious front desk like the general hotel lobby. There is a little space on the 0th floor. Near the subway line. There are 3 compartments on each floor, and the compartment I live in has 5 households. The compartment has a door and a password is required to enter. There is a strong fragrance in the compartment, I don't like it. The room also needs a password. It seems that the door lock is not very secure and a bit lacking in security. There is a simple kitchen, no kettle, and the bathroom bathroom is OK. Sound insulation is average. Hotel supplies are average. With generally higher prices in Brussels, this hotel is a reluctant option.
Generally speaking, the location is the area where the Middle East people live. It is 4 minutes from the South Railway Station. The quadruple room has to take the stairs.
Reservation via traventia. I see 3 stars, where are they ??? Not shown at the hotel so lie advertising in the first time. We fell into a room with two single beds, affectionately on my reservation it was noted a double room and under ”twin”. We arrive in the 2nd room: smoke detecter socket, not very clean towels, we see that it is a place that lived: washing machine damaged, shower like. The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable. We were disappointed with rooms compared to photos ...
Nice hotel in Brussels. Very affordable price for the quality of hotel. The staff is very nice, professional and friendly. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well designed. The amenities are very good too. Would recommend the hotel when in Brussels.
The location is very near to Brussels Midi station so this was quite convenient for us as we travelled by train quite often. The amenities were excellent for the kids with PlayStation and game rooms within the hotel. The rooms had great bunk beds for the kids. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast had great variety ranging from hot (bacon, scrambled eggs, sausages) to cold options (cold cuts, fruits, yoghurt, cereals, waffles etc). The room also had a coffee machine in it and a kettle. The hotel has a water cooler on the third floor so you don’t have to buy water at all. Mr Guilley at reception was fantastic. He couldn’t do enough for us. He made the great experience we already had even better. All members of staff were excellent and attentive. If you have children then I’d highly recommend this hotel. I’d definitely come back.
This hotel is nicely decorated and clean. The rooms were compact and the bathrooms very nice. The staff were very pleasant. There is a small lounge but no bar and breakfast facilities only. It appeared to offer B&B services only. So outside breakfast there is no where to sit and have a drink. I found there were no facilities in the room to give that extra touch of comfort. If you want a drink or coffee outside of breakfast. They have a Nespresso machine in reception from which they will make you coffee (the charge is additional). We booked breakfast for 3 days but after the 1st one, we decided to seek a refund and go out. It wasn’t as nice as we expected the hot food was not kept at an adequate temperature by the time you served it, it was cold. The cold items were the opposite. The coffee at breakfast wasn’t good either ( I can usually find a good coffee sets you up for the day) All in all not very appetising. We requested an extra pillow and blanket after finding the room temperature dropped at night. They were unable to help, but did provide us with an extra sheet on our last night. Overall, the hotel is well maintained but the services and hospitality need further development. The little things like a coffee machine or at least a kettle in the room would have made all the difference. They were unable to cope with the guest requests for an extra blanket which seemed odd. The area the hotel is in is also worthy of a mention. I felt safe in Brussels over all, it’s very multicultural. However, there were spots where groups of men who were drugged/or drinking habituated. There were places on the surrounding streets where there was clearly human debris and homeless persons belongings ….needless to say it was really unpleasant. In the square outside the hotel groups of men drinking and drugged were frequent. The roads into town were being updated/ dug up. So it was really muddy and barren in the area. Once in the centre of the city this was less noticeable.

Very Good
GgyqgtgtThis hotel is less than 10 minutes walk from Brussels Midi station, so it was the ideal place to break our train journey from UK to Hamburg in northern Germany. We arrived in pool ring rain, but Michael the concierge was very helpful and friendly, and put us right at ease. Our room was clean, and though compact it had everything we needed and more - each room has a small kitchen area with sink and hob, fridge, kettle, microwave and dishwasher. Though we didn’t use all these facilities, we were able to call at the convenience store opposite the hotel, and put a few things in the fridge for our morning cup of tea.
