"It was a very good hotel. Good staff clean rooms and good amenities. Also bus stops are at a 2-3 min walking distance. There a restaurant near by but not many options are available. We did not try food from hotel. Even after you check out you can keep your luggage at reception and explore city without the worry of carrying your bag. Only downside is that, hotel is far from the city centre. There is a direct bus that takes you to the city centre and it takes approximately 40mins reach city centre."

"A perfectly pleasant little hotel. Very clean, supplied with a lot of coffee and tea making facilities, and a large screen TV. Breakfast was particularly decent, with some very nice pastries presented warm. The lift was very slow however. Roughly a 10 minute walk to Tram and or Metro."

"The staff provided good service, especially at the restaurant in the morning. However, the carpet in the room was quite dirty and seemed like it hadn’t been changed for a long time. The mattress was okay and comfortable enough, and the bathroom was fine. The only downside was the dirty carpet, which made the whole room look unclean. The breakfast was decent — not very diverse, but it included the main items that should be there."

"Located 30 mins by foot from midi station or central station. Not so convenient. And located on a hill and slope, hard to navigate w luggage. Inside of room is spacious and big. Nice and clean. Can get a 5 euro voucher if you don’t need room cleaning service if staying more than 1 night. Big toilet Some service staff are good, but some not so. Free coffee machine on every floor."

"I stayed for three nights. On the second day, I left the room around 11 AM, placing the 'Please Make Up Room' sign on the door. However, upon returning in the afternoon, I found the room had not been serviced. When I complained to the front desk staff on the afternoon shift, they not only claimed I hadn't hung the sign but also suggested I hadn't read the hotel's information board requirements, stating that the housekeeping staff had already finished their shift. Frankly, I just wanted an apology and an assurance that cleaning would be arranged for the next day. Instead, they told me to read the information board and essentially blamed me for improper scheduling. The next morning, when I reminded the front desk staff on the morning shift about cleaning, I immediately received an apology. I suspect the afternoon shift staff's communication skills (or perhaps English proficiency) might not have been very strong. Overall, the hotel was clean, but the value for money was quite mediocre. I'm not sure how it earned its 4-star rating; it felt more like a 3-star hotel, typical of one near a train station."
