"Deceptive basic room. Lavabo cleaned but with traces of pelvis and a small piece of spoon. No soap at the lavabo. Vacuum bottle left on ground next to bed by the previous occupants. Insufficient chocolate at breakfast for 2 (only a small cup and half for 2)."

"The hotel has an elevator, but the soundproofing is not very good. It is close to the airport and train station. The room does not have air conditioning, but fortunately the weather was good and it was a bit cool at night, but with a fan it was acceptable."
"A very bad experience. I hung the “Room Cleaning Requested” sign on the door, but my room wasn’t cleaned that day. The next day, there was no cleaning sign hung on the door, yet someone came in to tidy the room, but the daily necessities weren’t refilled. On the third day, I was due to check out at 12:00 noon, but at 8:00 in the morning, someone unlocked the door and tried to come in. Then at 10:00, the door was opened directly and someone entered the room, which really scared me. I couldn’t sleep the whole morning, fearing that a stranger might break in. This is the first time I’ve ever stayed in a hotel where someone repeatedly opens the door on their own.
I reported this to the front desk, and they said it might have been the cleaning staff, but I was already so frightened. This hotel made me feel very unsafe and is really not suitable for women traveling alone."
"The hotel facilities are not new but we'll maintained. Rooms are small. Bed is quite comfortable except pillows which are hard and lumpy. Towels a bit worn but clean. The most problem for late arrival is that shuttle bus works till 23.30, and there are no convenient way for pedestrian from the airport. A taxi costs 20 Euro for just 3 minutes drive."
"The hotel was fantastic, the people were great! The only problem I had was they had a washer and dryer to use but it took 4 hours to do two loads of laundry that cost me $30.00. Because we were traveling backpack that was one of the most important things on our trip. So it was a great disappointment. Other than that the hotel was fantastic and again the customer service was really good. I would definitely stay there again just make other plans to do laundry."
"Friendly & helpful reception . Good & cause room . Free soft drinks ( water & cola) , coffee & tea. The room has to be cleaned better. The train station is close the hotel. 15 minutes by train to downtown of Brussels"
