The hotel is ok, but not adequate for a 4*. Breakfast was very poor, fruit did not look good, and not much variety of things. The AC in the room is highly annoying, very noisy, and no actual regulation. Still, rooms are clean, beds are comfortable

Hotel located well in the centre of BH. There is a very close proximity to the 7th square and municipal park. Care: quick and friendly. Room: wide and clean. Wands are dirty. Also air conditioning. I stayed in room 814. I have noise from the street. The same thing every day. It doesn't have juices but cool. It gets buses for excursions so breakfast can be very complicated. We stayed without eating some ingredients on Saturday morning, leisure: I used the pool. I was clean. I didn't have parking. The room was cleaned every day, but no savon and shampoo were put in our rooms. I would be very close to shopping, but I would be again, and look for other hotels before going on.

The hotel is well located, clean and well-structured. My only comment is the noises during the night, such as door hitting and things like this, I don't think it's the fault of the hotel, but of other guests without notion ...

We stayed for almost ten long days in this hotel, where beds are uncomfortable and the elevators are always packed. The front desk staff is rude and will show you an attitude anytime you stop by to ask for help. During the checkout, they tried to charge us for breakfast on a day that we were actually in another city in Brazil. I had to show them the boarding passes to prove that we could not eat in the hotel because we were not in Belo Horizonte that day. They have a huge conference center that is always booked. Good luck trying to get a cab in front of the hotel. You will have to find space between the buses parked in front of the front entrance. Additionally, this hotel is on a hectic road, and the windows are not noise-canceling. Therefore, the rooms are very noisy. There is a Japanese restaurant on the premise where the service is equally lame, and the food sucks. We did not pass the appetizer because the waiter brought us the wrong beer and refused to take it back, and the tempura was disgusting. The manager is too lazy to fix that mess because they get enough money with the conferences. We are not coming back for sure!!

The waitstaff are alert and provide exceptional service, though the presence of multiple restaurant managers, or Chefs de Service, occasionally obstructs the flow. While the cuisine is commendable, the breakfast service is notably slow. The rooms are immaculate and spacious, offering a comfortable retreat. However, the lack of razors and the inconsistent replenishment of soap were minor inconveniences. Despite these small flaws, the hotel remains a magnificent and impressive establishment. Our stay was beautiful and restful, a testament to the high standards of the Fasano experience.

”Free self-parking is available on site.” This is what is written in the Hotel description, but when I returned from a night out to store my vehicle, they informed me that the parking lot was full and that parking is available, however, subject to availability. I had to leave it on the street. Very slow internet and room phone didn't work. Otherwise everything was normal. Have a nice breakfast.

Estive no hotel em Belo Horizonte, na Liberdade, no início de Outubro com meu noivo e tive uma ótima experiência. Achei o quarto super confortável, aconchegante e bem limpinho. Fui atendida pela recepcionista Flávia, super atenciosa, simpática e prestativa!!

The hotel is very good, excellent coffee, friendly staff, excellent location, excellent cost-benefit. The negative points: very narrow and dangerous garage rampa for larger cars, the rooms have a floor of folder, the air condenser is on the balcony of the room making a high noise, the room TV is installed on the passage offering danger to hit the head, the lifts have that old and heavy door that makes it difficult to pass with bags, the pool has a acrylic screw that when it rains makes a huge noise for those who are near the fourth floor. Just take these details into account, a fair note would be 8 in 10.

I love this hotel, it's our second time and if you have the opportunity, we'll be back with sure ... The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, super clean and quiet!! All staff are very educated and attentive. The breakfast is wonderful, traditional mining coffee and all the buffet is super fresh and delicious!! The hotel has a Japanese restaurant in the delicious ground, too helpful to not have to get out. I only have praises for this hotel!! Thank you very much!!!!
