Pontos positivos: A vista pras montanhas é de tirar o fôlego e ter estacionamento em todos os andares do hotel é muito bom. Então, a gente já pode parar direto no andar do quarto em que estiver hospedado. Pontos negativos: Chegamos para fazer o checkin às 15h e só conseguimos entrar pro quarto quase as 17h. A recepção uma bagunça, falta de informação precisa, muita enrolação... disseram que só havia 4 camareiras pra limpar mais de 100 quartos, falta de organização e respeito com os hóspedes. Me ofereceram late checkout, mas eu não poderia ficar. Quarto com cheiro de mofo, escada com degraus de madeira que estavam nitidamente bambos, sofá-cama velho e mal cuidado, além do gesso do banheiro que estava com um pedaço pendurado até que o vento arrancou e sujou toda a parte do box. Hotel mal iluminado, falta manutenção, café da manhã é bom, mas pelo preço da diária deixa a desejar. E além de não ter recepção 24h, as luzes dos corredores se apagam em determinado horário e pra buscar comida na portaria a gente precisa sair no escuro. Fiquei muito decepcionada porque o hotel tem muito potencial, a estrutura externa é linda, mas por dentro está muito mal cuidado. O problema do hotel é má administração, fica bem nítido que os donos não fazem nenhum investimento, nenhum tipo de melhoria e contam com a fama que o lugar já tem. Andar pelo hotel é como estar em um filme de terror antigo. Decepcionante.

Hotel is located in an excellent location nearby the city centre and with easy car access, in the Loteamento Veu da Noiva region. Hotel staff is super helpful and ready to help with anything, explain how hotel works, scheduling breakfast time, how pool works, lit fireplaces among others. Breakfast has a large variety of fruits, breads, toasts, nuts, cheese and some non gluten and milk free products. Ask the helpful staff about diets. Place is cozy with a beautiful view of from garden. At the end of afternoon, there is tea and coffee available to guests. There was no lunch and dinner at the time of my stay but hotel staff helps with ordering food, but since traveling to Campos experience is out dinning, this is fine. Rooms are wood floored, with cracks a bit but we found silence between other guest rooms. The nearby main street to the hotel is a a bit busy but not too much during the night. Check with hotel reservation before booking a room for accessibility needs, not all of them are o ground floor. There are some rooms with balcony which provided a beautiful view. There are also a heated pool which was nice during sunny days which is also beautiful. My room's bed had a loud cracking sound when getting up and sitting on it. Not a big issue, as we don't remain too much on the room, and I did not report it. Since most hotels in Campos Do Jordão are wood decorated or floored, this is common on typical houses there.

We were very comfortable and we did everything walking, we didn't use the car, but we had a little climb around. We stayed in the upper floor so the noise was minimal, well quiet to sleep. The best of the hostel is the breakfast time, which goes until midday, perfect for those who are on holiday and do not want to wake up early! They also offer chocolates every day on the entrance bar. The room could be more spacious and modern, negative points: the product that passes to cleaning, I found the smell very strong. They had myrses in the room (including came back with us in the bag), the small bathroom and the pillow flows water and leaves everything wet.

Antes de mais nada, preciso destacar o serviço do hotel! Desde o checkin, até o checkout todos os funcionários que nos atenderam foram extremamente gentis e simpáticos. Uma equipe muito acolhedora. Outro destaque é a estrutura do hotel, que por sinal é novíssimo. Os quartos são espaçosos e muito confortáveis. A cozinha é ideal pra quem viaja em família e a banheira na varanda é a cereja do bolo, ideal pra quem busca relaxar. As áreas comuns do hotel também são excelentes e decoradas com muito bom gosto. Eles contam com uma boa academia, spa, salas de estar, cinema e jogos e uma piscina com borda infinita e vista de tirar o fôlego! E por fim, vale destacar a localização privilegiada. Fica no alto, então tem uma linda vista, mas a apenas 5 minutos de carro de Capivari, perto do agito, mas longe da bagunça e do trânsito!

Second time I stay there with my family. We don´t travel to Campos do Jordao because of the town; we go to the town because of the accommodation. We searched for a nice and quiet place to stay away from the noise of carnival, and it happened to be in Campos. It is perfect for families, especially with toddlers. They have playground, game room, toys room, indoor heated swimming pool, AMAZING breakfast, pond with carps and cute ducks, chickens, and they´re currently building a beach volleyball/tennis court and larger playground. Oh, and their special: a family of squirrels that come to the breakfast hall window so the guests can feed them nuts. My toddler daughter loved it.
