"I had stayed at an Andrade chain in Curitiba, which was a terrible experience... It was really horrible, the hotel staff were very rude, the rooms were terrible... Anyway!!!
Honestly, this one from Florianópolis surprised me on an extraordinary level...!!! It was wonderful, sensational, the entire hotel staff, WONDERFUL room, food, location and value.
I simply loved it, the next time I go to Floripa, I want to stay at the same hotel!!!"

"O hotel fica no centro, e tem boa localização, o quarto é limpo, tivemos alguns contratempos com o chuveiro quente, o café da manhã é cobrado à parte, então não tomei, não posso avaliar, e estacionamento também é cobrado a parte, logo torna a estadia pra quem está com carro, mais caro. "The best is the cleaning and friendliness of the staff in general.
The location is good, but the environment is very noisy.
The facial recognition system needed to launch the lift is quite uncomfortable, especially if several people use it at the same time
It is not an independent hotel, it is located in a kind of shopping centre and for breakfast you need to take a long trip to a cake shop that is at the entrance of the centre.
The breakfast is not very varied. You can make it much better if you want to use the shared kitchen that is on the latest floor. For me that kitchen has been the best of the hotel."

"We had a small apartment in the third floor, there was no view of the apartment, but it was perfectly ventilated, they were very well designed from a functional point of view, everything was comfortable, it was an interesting solution: biometric keys. We also use the parking, we also use the screwdriver and it was great, although the price for it is a little high, I wish you a success in this hotel, it is a convenient place to spend a few days exploring Floripa car. We would like to stay here for a longer time."

WWilsonThe hotel premium for good service, good accommodation and excellent location, I realized that they are making reforms and I believe it is a good initiative, especially in the hot water system of the shower, tb I realized that a repage in the academy and game room would be a great initiative. In addition, I would thank all the team, performers, smiles, educated and gentle, I would say that it was what most attracted me attention.

GGuest UserGreat communication by staff at all time, helpful with directions, secure parking on site and good breakfast included in the price. Not too far from the beach, a bit of a walk to the Centro of ingleses but ok if you have a car or want to travel by bus/taxi.
The accommodation room was very small as there is a spa bath in the same room as the bed and the kitchen area is very small, whole unit smells a bit musty and the walls are very thin so if you have noisy neighbours you can hear anything they say! Was good for off season.

GGuest UserI learned to read comments carefully. They all mentioned the hotel is old and been renovated. This means noise sometimes and different rooms. The one we got had NO internet connection, it was located in the second floor. Pools were great though. My kids had a blast, even in colder or rainy days thanks to the indoors one. The hotel is far away from the city center or any attractions. I understand no Uber tor transfers wanted to go there. We rented a car so it was not an issue.
